Sunday! iI’s where we focus primarily on

and dressings. Most of the videos will be
short and to the point. Just something to
help add a little flavor to your low
carb diet. Let’s get started. For this
week’s episode, I present an absolutely
delicious and easy to make Creamy Asian
Salad Dressing. Not only does this
dressing work with any leafy salad, it
can make an otherwise standard coleslaw
and turn it into an Asian Slaw like
you’ve never tasted before. Let me show
you how to make it. Begin by adding some
mayonnaise to a mixing bowl; add just a
little sour cream; some Dijon mustard;
salt; ground ginger; some garlic powder;
will spice it up just a bit with some
cayenne pepper; a little sesame oil; some
rice vinegar; and will balance the
acidity with a liquid sugar substitute
equal to four teaspoons of regular sugar.
Give a mix with a whisk to thoroughly
combined. Cover and refrigerate for at
least an hour to allow all the flavors
to come together. To make a quick Asian
slaw; simply add some shredded cabbage to
a mixing bowl. Add some sunflower kernels;
and about 1/2 a cup of our Asian salad
dressing. Toss to mix. Or, you can serve
this over your favorite salad with a few
sunflower kernels and enjoy! There you
have it folks! My Creamy Asian Salad
Dressing. An extremely low carb, flavorful
option for your next salad. I hope you
