Cookies & Cream Chaffle | The “Oreo” of Chaffles


hey there this is Stacey from Kisuke tow bringing you another sweet chocolaty oh this is my take on Oreo cookies two different types of cream we’ll show you how to make those coming up so this recipe makes four chapels and you’re gonna need heavy whipping cream vanilla mozzarella cheese powdered or if you’re tall I do this myself in a spice grinder with the granulated baking powder pink sea salt cocoa powder 2 eggs and coconut flour so the reason I use powder to Ripert all is because it’s a little finer and it mixes up better in the mix and then you’re not left with the hard crunchies first things first let’s start with the eggs [Music] so I typically mix everything up as I put it in just to make sure it’s all completely incorporated before I put in the next item and I want to put in all my liquids first so I can make sure that they get all mixed I have one teaspoon of vanilla [Music] then we have two tablespoons of heavy whipping cream [Music] have a cup of mozzarella cheese [Music] two tablespoons of the powdered erythritol I tried to use less on this but when I did that it kind of took away from that chocolate Oreo cookie flavor but you are welcome to change that to however you feel we’re gonna do a pinch of sea salt I’m sorry pinch of pink salt half a teaspoon of baking powder [Music] three tablespoons of cocoa powder [Music] just kind of hold us in in the beginning [Music] [Applause] [Music] and last item is one tablespoon of coconut flour last because it’s last because it sucks everything up I’m gonna get everything else incorporated before you put that in and it helps to give you that little bit of thicker batter consistency you can cut this recipe in half to only make one full-sized sandwich you are gonna have a little bit leftover and there is a little bit left over with this one too but we don’t cut it in half because these things go like wildfire so let’s go ahead and get these on the preheated chopped linkers you don’t have to put a bunch in here either like you just barely want the tops of the waffle iron covered otherwise it’s going to overflow on you and make a huge mess part of the reason it got so overflowing this because of the baking powder yet every yes [Music] and you let them go three to five minutes so this is why I say to be very sparing with how much you put on there because it immediately starts rising pretty much and if you put too much it’s going to rise out and it’s gonna spill out the sides so as you can see I overfilled that one a little bit and it’s oozing out so I’m trying to avoid a huge mess by cutting it off at the past time to take it off my days Purdy look how nicely it comes up textures awesome get that off of there and we’ll put it on the cooling rack you mean the drag as Greg would call it the drying rack drying rack guys come on the reason I call this a drying rack just say guys no it’s because usually the meat that I’m putting on it to try it because it’s wet but I suppose if you’re putting hot things on it and you want to cool it would make sense to call it a cooling rack but that’s why it could be both [Music] it doesn’t reach all the way to the edges that’s fine that just means it’s not going to spill out on you and it also means you’ll get a few more out of it these are good even without the cream filling [Music] yummy yummy let’s do look good all right so this fifth mini one the segment well so it depends on how you fill it if you’re a little more conservative with the battery will get more otherwise you’re gonna end up with no this this I’m getting five full-size the last time I made it I got four full-size and one dinky one I’m getting five full-size and one dinky one so this one is kind of a good little snack or maker I just pour it right in the middle and I don’t even bother pushing it down so here’s my little dinky one that came off this is the top side the bottom side obviously it looks a lot better but like I said if you want to do a little snack or one you can spread some of the cream on there and just eat it open-faced sandwich like yeah more just by itself it’s really good for the cream filling you’re gonna need heavy whipping cream vanilla powder Dorit all and butter I’m using an immersion blender these are relatively cheap on Amazon we’ll put a link to one down below and then I’m also using a wide mouth mason jar because it fits the whisk attachment pretty well as well as the other attachment for the immersion blender we’ll also post these down below I feel like this is a really good way to store the cream because once you’re done you can put it in the fridge with the airtight lids so let’s make this first thing you’re gonna need first thing you’re going to need to do is soften your butter now if you have the softened setting on your microwave go for that otherwise I would put it at 50% power for about a minute and 25 seconds Lucy Lucy is a truffle time yet to topple 30 [Music] top dog out of the house alright so we got our softened butter slightly melted that’s okay it’s not coming out dump that in there again that was five tablespoons and then we’ll put in two teaspoons of vanilla [Music] this is a full-size amount so if you want to make less this will pretty much fill up almost this entire mason jar so if you want to make Lots go for it you do two cups of the powder to Richter tall now you can adjust that based on your taste it does turn out a little bit gritty I haven’t been able to figure out a way to make it not Rudy and still tastes the way I want it to taste [Music] four to six tablespoons of heavy whipping cream it just depends on what your preference is as far as texture goes you could even do more than that if you want to and I’m going to start out with five [Music] they don’t yet she’s sorry she’s gone away she doesn’t know these are chocolate you can’t have it so you can use this cream for different things you can use it for the cookies you can use it for cinnamon rules you can use it as an icing for cakes okay um cupcakes regular cakes kicking the camera you can’t use it for that I just try pretty much anything that you want to put this on because it tastes oh so good so we’re gonna get this in here make sure you have a good grip on the jar [Music] show you what it does if you don’t rip the jar wallet huh [Music] how long you gonna miss it [Music] again you can you can add more you can add more in there if you want more whipping cream but I’m happy with this so five tablespoons is good for me how long did you mix it probably a minute to a minute and a half so here’s our sweet cream filling fun fact about Oreo is the FDA will not allow them to put cream on the bag cream CRE a.m. because there are no dairy products in it so they have to spell it CRE Emmy this is cream this is also cream but with added peanut butter powder I put in and this is a sugar-free PB fit we’ll put a link to this down below if you’re interested sugar-free peanut butter powder four tablespoons makes a super delicious peanut butter cream filling you can also do cocoa to make a chocolate one I didn’t opt for that right now or if you have any kind of extracts any kind of like fruit flavored extracts you can put anything in there you can do so many different things with this base recipe so let’s make up some of these sandwiches and try them out it’s super fluffy so I’m gonna say you’re gonna put probably equivalent of about two tablespoons on here all right there’s one [Music] now let’s make up a peanut butter on [Music] and you can put however much we’re little on this as you wish [Music] now we’re gonna cut these in half [Music] [Music] all right so we have our shuffles cut up into three we’re all gonna try and this was our friend Dan you’ve probably seen them in a previous video my opinion half of a sandwich is one serving because that equals one entire trifle plus the cream which is about two tablespoons so Dan wants the peanut butter so we’re gonna make him try the sweet cream first cuz it’s more fun that way [Music] tasty and you’d never know there’s mozzarella cheese in this you wouldn’t know they’re good actually for somebody who is not on keto they’re awesome thank you and he tastes the biggest one mm-hm hey there on diet lifestyle like the first one better I like the pinbar you’re wrong but that’s okay did you man I love the peanut bar I think it leftovers from our trip but I’m not huge peanut butter by you I really please that’s what kind of almost tastes like mmm but come here I’m making a worry I’ll get the other ones yeah well so funny story with that a not Oreo has all these different flavors mm-hmm I’ve resisted them all until December I tried the peanut butter Oreos for really good they are so good and I have to buy some of those they are so good so I had exactly one month to eat those before I started Tito and so you made an Oreo cookie with peanut butter and it’s good it is but Stacy is an incredible Baker so whatever
