good morning guys happy Sunday I know I look a hot mess okay look this is actually being filmed Saturday morning today’s actually my daughter’s birthday I was up all night not feeling good feeling better but nonetheless it was a rough night so I want to talk about a few things how my week went on keto what we’re gonna do we got this egg fest starting tomorrow on Monday which is the 9th so September 9th 10th and 11th we’re gonna do a 3-day egg fasts ok um I want to tell you guys kind of like the rules the general consensus of what we’re doing I’m gonna pull it up right now on my telephone oh because I have it saved but um yeah let’s talk about how my week 1 okay so my week on keto I mean honestly I intermittent fasting for probably Monday Tuesday Wednesday I think yeah when did you say Wednesday and then Thursday and Friday I was just so hungry I don’t know what was going on and I just did not I mean I stayed keto but I didn’t like was a strict keto I didn’t count my macros which I hate that I did that and um yeah I didn’t really go overboard too much you know but I was just hungry so it was like 7 o’clock and I also kind of freaky like my stomach was making noises and I was like ok um I don’t know if it’s just something I went out with my body right now and then you know I don’t know so and then the bottom of my foot started really bothering me again so I ended up taking a few days off the gym but I went ahead and seen the doc and I got some stuff ordered for my foot I got some like little pieces like socks and stuff like pressure socks that my insurance is gonna pick up I can order them off Amazon but my insurance is gonna pick these up so that’s why I did it this way so it’s supposed to help with helping alleviate some of the tension and the pain so yeah and then he also ordered had me order one of these like foot roller things so I mean I know I coulda did it with the bottle but I just got all this stuff so hopefully that will solve those issues but yeah I don’t know what was going I was really good with my water and stuff like that I just it just was messy I got really messy and I was really upset with myself um and I didn’t hit the gym I only hit the gym twice this week and yeah but also like Leo was I it was just messy you can make all the excuses excuses are like assholes everyone’s got one they all stink so next week is gonna be better so today I said it’s my kids birthday and she’s gonna have like a little party and then her and her friends are gonna go to this festival this Fall Festival is literally that one time of year that Mia lioka while we go out you know we have some drinks because we’re able to walk there usually you know i-i’ve never in mind life ever drank and drove I’m a hundred and million percent against ants so usually you know leo leo if he drinks or whatever i’m not really that big of a drinker so featuring sight don’t so yeah we’re gonna have some cocktails cuz we can walk home it’s it’s really a great time um I know I’m gonna go off plan I know I’m gonna go off plan I know I know what’s gonna happen because you know if you’re gonna drink you got to have some carbs because if you don’t you will get super drunk and super sick and I can’t live like that I’m not very good with that and not gonna lie I’ve had some anxiety about it I’ve had some anxiety about going off plan and I don’t like that I don’t like that I’m thinking like that but you know it’s because I put so much work in then I’m like oh my god is this gonna mess me up is this gonna mess me up but I’m not gonna think like that because I don’t want you guys to ever think like that life happens enjoy these moments I’m not saying to have a cheat every week or two off plan every week but you know for once I mean in a six to eight week period I mean I’m in strict heat or the whole month of August I knew this day was coming so I think this egg fast couldn’t come at a better time I don’t want to think about it about the pressure of staying on plan that makes sense I think when this happens this is where people start bashing diet culture because they’re like you’re not this is what happens when you restrict yourself and this and that and I get I get what they’re saying but I and this is why they do that because people get anxiety and they start to feel bad and I’m not gonna do that and I don’t want you guys to do that we’re gonna be okay we’re gonna be okay if you go off plan it’s all good like I tell you guys just start fresh so um today when you see this video I will be starting fresh on Sunday get up hit the gym hopefully I’m not hungover you know but let’s talk about the egg fast Ike fast is gonna be Monday Tuesday Wednesday this week and then we will my plan is Monday you will have a grocery haul twos are Wednesday you’ll have a full day of eating on the egg fest Friday is going to be egg fast results this week okay they’re probably gonna be a little bit higher than the initial time we did it just because I’m willing to bet I’m probably gonna put on you know two or three pounds just from bloat from you know drinking and stuff like that but these are the rules I’m gonna put them on my go ahead alright okay so here are the rules okay so I’m gonna see him real slow and I always wake up my computer and it does this okay so you guys can go ahead and have him jot down okay so the eggs are gonna be your primary source of protein for every a you’re gonna have one tablespoon of fat okay so your fat can be butter coconut oil or manis or an avocado that’s a pretty good fat okay fit the egg fast to your schedule so if you’re intermittent fast go ahead and continue that don’t let yourself get hungry because then you’re gonna binge and you’re gonna go off so if you feel yourself starting to get a little hungry have yourself a hard-boiled egg scrambled egg whatever do not eat more than four ounces of cheese in a day okay so you can have eggs and cheese okay but do not exceed four ounces so remember so you’re gonna have an out a tablespoon of fat per egg and you’re gonna have your allowed up to four ounces of cheese okay and eat a minimum of six eggs daily or you will not be getting enough protein so six eggs minimum eight eggs so six eggs minimum no more than eight eggs per day okay so that if you do that that’s gonna be six to eight tablespoons of fat – okay and then you get the four ounces of cheese you can get the best quality cheese and eggs and butter but you don’t really have to do that do not eat within three hours at bedtime so if you go to bed at ten o’clock you know stop eating around seven one seven and then you’re gonna limit your sweeteners to three sweeteners a day so you can have coffee okay you can have the cream in your coffee so you um you can have your coffee with the creamer so your creamer should be okay and then you could have up to three cans of pop per day do not count calories calories do not matter I’m the egg fast okay guys only count the eggs that’s what we’re gonna get – okay but yeah so that’s our thing so you can have you know your one or two cups of coffee a day you can still have your bangs you could have up to three cans of pop try to get at least six to eight glasses of water six minimum eggs eight be in the max a tablespoon of fat per egg and four ounce maximum of cheese and do not eat three hours before bed so it’s pretty simple I think it’s a lot more simple than the beef and butter fast and I think honestly I like the egg fast better because I got really grossed out by the time the beef and butter I don’t even want to eat cuz I’m just like there’s just too much it was too too much fats I guess um but yeah that’s the plan I think that’ll really help us help me at least kind of kick back get myself back in there you can have your power rates too for electrolytes I’ve been really enjoying and hope I have it in here with me I don’t I got a electrolyte water from Walmart it was like 90 cents they’re actually pretty good so you can get that if you don’t want to do power rate and stuff like that but you can and you had your stand plan again I’m a little a little nervous about tonight cuz you know like if you go off plan you kind of feel like afterwards and I you know but we’re not gonna I’m not think about it we’re gonna go ahead we’re gonna live a good day today we’re gonna have a really great date today we’re gonna hit the goals so this morning if you’re on your way to the grocery store make sure I would say probably get at least three cartons of eggs maybe get yourself a brick of cheese if you guys got butter get yourself some butter maybe you think of mayonnaise you can do all types of seasoning seasonings are all good so paprika salt pepper whatever is you’re gonna season your food up with yeah you could also do the sugar-free syrups or like a for like if we’re gonna do I’m planning on doing like an egg loaf so I have the Chuck Zero syrup or you can get the diet you know the sugar free diabetic friendly serve that they I think it’s called Curie’s or whatever you can find that’s like zero carbs and you know shaky tall friendly syrups at the store you can have those it’s very very easy to do okay so um I think we’re gonna do really great at it I know a lot of people really wanted to do it again so I think every month we’re gonna do a fast at the beginning of the month just to kickstart us that helps me a lot in August so I I really enjoy doing that so we’re gonna do it every month probably until I think we’ll probably do it every month up until December wonderful take December off I don’t know how we’re gonna do it just yet for December but we definitely will do one of the first of the year to kick us back into back into the game because you know how what I eaten gets us but I want to know how your weeks are going I’m gonna go ahead and celebrate this day with my girl she’s 15 years old today my biggest her and her sisters are my biggest blessing so then when I get some family time in and then tonight you know go on a date you really got to remember to date not only yourself but you know still be your husband or your partner’s you know girlfriend or boyfriend you know what I mean you really need to do that and we haven’t been out just me and him gosh I I don’t even know when it’s been months so I’m really looking forward to it it’s like a really good time and I wish you guys all lived here like I wish all my internet friends lived here so we could all hang out and do the things cuz it’s really a good time but all right guys I’m gonna wreck this video up I wanted to make sure I got it up in time see you guys if you had to shop for the groceries and kind of know the rules for how we’re gonna start on Monday I wanted to
