and I still think fat secret is the easiest way the best way and I’m going to show you why follow me first thing you need to do is pick out your damn food what are you going to eat okay so the first thing I’m going to start cooking up is this bacon now how much of this bacon can I have well it’s going to depend a lot on whether or not you’re cutting or you’re bulking right now I’m bulking I’m eating a hundred grams of fat a day I’m eating 600 grams of carbs and I’m eating 200 pounds of protein so I mean I could eat a lot of these but I’m not going to eat that many slices as bacon so let’s just flip this over the nutrition facts got seven grams of fat per two slices and six grams of protein on the main screen of fat secret okay we’re going to go to add food breakfast lunch dinner snack there’s four different sections if you’re eating five times a day you put two meals in one section not rocket science okay go on a breakfast now I just said I mean eat this bacon right okay look at that barcode thing right there right look what’s here barcode on the bottom whew you press that right oh no I missed it okay now barcode thing comes up Dan just keeps texting me now scan the barcode right you line it up and it reads it okay and what came up black label bacon is this black label bacon yes it is black label bacon now the exact same nutritional panel facts that are on this come up on here okay now every once in a while you’ll notice that they might be different and you might have to have to actually search the product and the correct one will come up so let’s take a look at eating four of these okay so two two slices four pieces would be 14 grams of fat 12 grams of protein that’s what I’m going to have so hit save alright now this will start to accumulate in the fat secret okay your total macronutrients are going to start to add up on the top now the goal is at the very end of the day is to hit these four numbers in addition to fiber at the bottom okay if your total fiber at the bottom is under control your sugar will be under control and obviously not going over 6,000 milligrams of sodium is probably a good idea – all right so let’s cook this up bacon bitches that was my elbow bacon you all my queen two slices three slices and that’s a long ass slice of bacon four slices and don’t forget kids cooking makes you good look in X hey I’m going to be tracking are these triple zero vanilla yogurts okay now just like I showed you before we’re going to find that barcode right there’s a barcode underneath on the bottom let’s take a look at the macros here no grams of fat zoom in a little bit this is fat-free 15 carbs 15 grams of protein and it’s got 6 grams of fiber what six grams of fiber yes it does okay so let’s track this right flip it over we got the barcode right here a barcode scan this bad boy in right scan boom goes right into here I’m already at 27 grams of protein 15 cars and 14 grams of fat okay so I’m going to need a lot more as far as carbohydrates but everything else is pretty much looking pretty good say I’m going to be putting in is this banana now you could peel this and weigh it if you want it to be more precise or you could simply go in the app and do this your ad button you can begin to type in banana and I’ll come up just type in b.a and it’ll come right up bananas right here at the bottom see it okay now you can put one medium banana and that’s about the size of that banana or you could weigh it out if you want to be more precise let’s just compare the difference right so in this medium banana not weighing it there’s 105 calories and 26 grams of carbohydrates now let’s just peel it away it and see how accurate that is it’s banana weighs 121 grams okay now let’s compare the nutrients in that to our unweight just guessing that it’s a medium and let’s just see what the difference is right I’m going to scroll 121 grams and the 2121 grams has 27 total carbohydrates okay so 27 total carbohydrates weighing it compared to the medium banana option here which is 26 carbohydrates okay so you see how the difference is we’re a small puts us back to 121 all right it’s very small to call the hydrate difference now if you’re in contest prep mode that’s something maybe you want to really track okay you’d want to you’d want to weigh out this banana you’re bulking one carbohydrates not going to the end of the world here for you you could just put in the one media not medium banana option it’ll be a lot easier for you now I’m going to put one of these large eggs in with my egg whites okay and this is going to put me pretty close to my goal of 40 grams of protein for this meal okay just going to put one of these to the side and use one of these and you see one of these eggs five rounds of fat six grams of protein starts adding up people and that’s why you got the app to track it now it’s very helpful to actually pick the foods first put them in the app and then you can weigh them and adjust them as needed that’s very helpful right run you track your macros bro right do you track your macros and by macros I mean bones and sticks and little animals that you eat outside because you’re a ferocious creature well it’s one of these egg beaters let’s go with these look pick up my phone hit the add breakfast option you go down here to the bottom hit the barcode button just gonna scan the scan it boom scanned what comes up egg beaters original but I have protein in there from the bacon I protein in there from the yogurt I’ve protein coming in slightly from that little baby banana not very much and there’s gonna be protein in this go lean crunch okay maybe I only need 46 grams of this stuff let’s take a look of I have 46 grams my protein is at 33 I know that there’s over nine grams of protein per serving in this so I’m not going to eat any more than that that’s good I’m going to cover my protein with this so knowing that this go lean coffee cereal has protein in is going to be helpful in determining how much of this problem egg whites actually put into here so let’s measure our 46 grams you’re gonna tear your scale really simple guys okay jerk off your egg beaters take off your damn top and get a way out 46 grams all right it’s a craft here so be very careful let’s see don’t want to go above it or you will die one man pouring eggs oh he goes over and kills everyone 49 grams yes we got our egg beaters in there and our whole egg now it’s on the way out that cereal which I’m going to cut up that banana throw it in there clean your dishes in between your work so you won’t have to do a bunch of when you’re done e and choline crunch all right where’s the barcode oh there is a barcode okay we’re gonna scan that bad boy now keep in mind you don’t ever have to use the barcode if you just search the item it’s really really simple but it’s also really simple to just press a button scan I do 53 grams of this what you’ll see is not a lot of serious that’s 53 grams okay not much – now this is going to hit me with my protein goals but my core body recalls are not even close I need to eat at least a hundred room for Parkinson’s meal scan in this almond milk now just find the barcode on the side scan boom done okay now this is a small bowl of cereal so I don’t need a full cup of milk I’m just going to change this to milliliters here so I’m changing this to milliliters right and I don’t need a full cup which is 240 milliliters now if you’re weighing on your scale you could weigh in grams milliliters and grams are virtually exactly the same so let’s just give myself 135 milliliters right save that okay and you see my protein is looking pretty good 42 grams I want to hit 40 so we’re right on target I wanted to stay about 20 grams of fat right on target 20 and my cars I want it to be over 100 so we got to eat a little more carbs at this watch how hard this is guys let me show you how hard this is there we go okay in 34.6 close enough and that’s just enough for me to come over my cereal don’t eat any more than that otherwise a big oops drowning the damn now by adding that one cup unless 77 grams of carbohydrates so I’ll have a glass of some type of juice or something to finish that off because my fiber is already really high for this me like 17 there’s a fire in this meal that is insane there was no damn reason to eat any more fiber that is already overboard right run I got to finish off my necklace with this v8 splash fruit medley I’ve never had this before I just picked it up the other day is in a new supermarket and just saw this and I figured I’d try it out this is going to cover the rest of my carbohydrates as you can see here as you can see here this product is pretty much as all core value it’s just pretty much all sugar no fiber which is okay because I already ate my fill of fiber I don’t want any more fiber for this damn meal okay okay so it works like that all right so now this didn’t come up okay this product did not come on this is something that you will run into from time to time so v8 splash did not show up in fat secrets so now let me just do this let’s type in v8 splash okay you’ll see that they all come up okay but for some reason this barcode is not working with fat secret to show VA splash now let’s just take a look at the calories on this 80 calories you’ll see here that maybe it’s just this particular bomb flavor fruit medley that’s not in here but all the other flavors are in here and they’re all the same exact nutrients okay so we have an orange pineapple option here that’s 80 calories if I click on it there’s 20 carbohydrates in it this is 19 carbohydrates so this is pretty much identical to the other one if you wanted to be more precise you can scroll around you could keep looking we could even try searching for the fruit medley and see if that comes up fruit medley I think it does come up so here it is now this is different this is another thing to look at this is 18 core value it’s this one’s 19 provide rates I mean it’s one carbohydrate off like I said again if this was contest prep you’d want to pick something a little more more precise but since I’m not in contest prep I’m going to change this to milliliters and I’m gonna weigh this out mmm so delish 154 grams so we’re going to change that I’m going to change this to 354 and the app really simple room save okay and now my total macros for this meal are 20 grams of fat on your 6 grams of carbs like I said my goal is to eat over 100 grams of carbs and my protein was 42 758 total calories let’s take a look at this monstrous meal okay this is the meal alright guys and that is how I track my food using fat secret if you guys would like more videos on a full day of tracking food let me know I’d like to do that also just show you a whole day of how I track my food this is the first summer that I’m actually not going to cut in the last seven years so last seven years I’ve completely got shredded down to four or five percent body fat the last seven years last seven summers that’s not going to happen this year I’m gonna keep the size on gonna keep going with my performance keep the strength up and keep
