hello YouTube welcome to another episode of foodie or on keto how you guys going darling why so sad face today sweet house just wandering we’ve been living on blamed for all these years when do we ever get our own cottage today I’ve got 400 grams of cottage with me I mean cottage cheese bunny I’m thinking about it Taba style bunny gravy rich creamy authentic cottage cheese paneer cooked with spices what are we waiting for let’s go and get our cottage cheese let’s go alright lovely people let’s get started I’ve heated around 100 ml of desi ghee in a pan and today’s goes a bay leaf 1 big cardamom 3 to 4 cloves 1/2 a teaspoon of pepper corns 1 small stick of cinnamon and 3 to 4 green cardamoms I’m gonna let them splatter and after that goes about 60 grams of chopped red onion I’m gonna cook the red onion on low to medium heat until they are rich golden brown in colour and once your onion are nicely caramelized like this I’m gonna throw about 2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger and 2 teaspoons of freshly grated garlic I’m gonna let this cook for another 2 minutes or until the raw smell of ginger and garlic is gone and here goes about hundred grams of full fat Greek yogurt now I’m gonna cook the yogurt along with the onion mixture until it is well done and that’s gonna be cooked on medium heat and once I you got is done I’m gonna throw puri of 3 medium tomatoes and here goes some salt to taste I’m gonna cook the tomatoes until they are well done [Music] but wait I almost forgot to throw turmeric powder but it’s never too late so here goes half a teaspoon of turmeric powder give it a good mix and now let the tomatoes cook until they start releasing their oil just like this and here goes two teaspoons of kashmiri red chilli powder two teaspoons of coriander powder half a teaspoon of cumin powder and half a teaspoon of red chilli powder give it a good mix and cook this for another two minutes and after that I’m gonna throw some julienned ginger and two to three Asian green chillies mix it again and now add about 150 ml of water mix it well bring the mixture to a boil and then goes our final ingredient or the main ingredient in fat which is paneer so here goes 400 grams of honey which was kept at room temperature for 30 minutes mix it gently along with all the spices and then cover the lid and let this simmer for 5 to 7 minutes and after 5 to 7 minutes I’m gonna throw some IDI grams of butter about half a teaspoon of garam masala and finally I sprinkle some dried fenugreek powder let the bottom melt and after that your aromatic and rich Saba style paneer is all set to be devoured I’ve got no words to explain how delicious this aromatic enriched gravy is all I can tell you is to enjoy this with any look of naan bread paratha roti or chapati enjoy and lovely people don’t worry about your what it is anymore just eat and enjoy your life but before that click here to subscribe to our Channel [Music]
