  1. I have digestive troubles with oats so I am going to try making it with buckwheat, see how that goes. Thank you so much for the recipe, I will be sure to try it.

  2. I looked on the FB Page for the recipe but do not see it. Can you perhaps link the recipe? Thanks so much =)

  3. Markus you look amazing handsome stunning. this colour violet/lavender/purple suits you so much also your very light blonde hair baleyage is very flattering to your type of beauty, i think the colour of hair and cut you have now decrease your beauty, its too ashy and cool your beauty, but anyway you are awesome!

  4. Looks yummy.Markus,on another topic, what's your view on shower filters? I read none of them filter fluoride but mostly chlorine and VOC?

  5. Hey Marcus when you make recipes like this can you please write the recipe in the Show more section please it would help thanks for all the information as well

  6. I just adore you two! amazing recipies and such lovely inspiring information in your videos! the recipies are so so so awesome!!!

  7. I cooked yesterday but instead of roll oats I used musli and I also did flour from them.So far I spent for preparation about 40 minutes( probably because I did not have Marcus as a helper) and 13,5 hours in the dehydrator. The result is yummy cookies (16 pieces)
    Thank you, guys!

  8. Hey Cara,
I'm going through your beautiful Love on a Plate UnCookbook that I recently purchased and wanted to make the Chocolate Almond Flax Cookies. Only problem is, the recipe does not mention the word "almond" in it ANYWHERE except in the title. Will you please share with me the quantity of almonds required for this recipe and should they be added with the first three ingredients and soaked, or added after the soaking process? I appreciate your help.

  9. You're so inspiring beyond belief! You two are life changers so thank you so much! I just ordered my Excalibur dehydrator, (fortunately already have a Vitamix) got Love on a Plate on Kindle- beyond excited to try more of your recipes! Thank you so much for the work you do for the world. I get this super beautiful natural high from watching your videos it's so cool:)

  10. Hi Markus loving you and Cara's inspirational lifestyle. Yesterday my children purchased a dehydrator for me in celebration of my " Earthday" blessed to see another year.Have only been living a raw lifestyle for a month and as I manifested both of you into my life would love to make these cookies. To have with my ginger tea (here in the UK ) Where can I find the recipe as Cara's Facebook page will not accept anymore Friends request, due to reaching her limit. Thanks 🙏

  11. Guys, you look at least 20 years younger, no kidding. God bless you for all you're doing. The passion you put on it, the pro you are, the high quality contents, you really deserve the best.

  12. … Love the recipe…p.s.: you guys are so funny… did you had sex before? Markus…did you shrink or is your shirt 80s oversize style? I know it's none of my business… and anyway I am a huge fan of both of you… but this was one of the funniest videos you made… all the strong make up and hair waves… 😂😁😂😁

  13. 😂😂😂the more I watch & learn from you guys & the more I love you both ❤️ thank you for the "grate" info.
Is the Markus Blender available yet? I'm not able to find it online on your site.

  14. That really is loud, I just noticed because I bought one yesterday, the Samson Silent, we'll see if it is any good though, I have it loaded up with a pizza crust and onion rings right now. It is super quiet.

  15. I love your videos..
I've been watching them non STOP.
    Which dehydrator do you recommend?
yours looks like it may be an Excalibur…which model?
Will you be coming ago NYC soon?

  16. How do you drink your tea when you don't heat anything up above 45*C?

That's pretty long those coockies in the hydrator, isn't it!?

We can't catch fresh berries, dried will do….. toOOooo?

You are living in Vegas, the desert and now I'm living in the tropic and it's also possible we can the cookies place this outside as the heat of the sun is not turning above 45*C you mentioned in another video.

  17. You guys change my life and make my days. Thanks a lot for this wonderful inspirations ever and ever. 🙂

  18. OK I make these cookies about once a week. My family loves them! Being an Esthetician I couldn’t resist this extra use…. I HAVE got to share with you guys that the leftover “batter” makes a great hand scrub at the end. I rub it into my hands and wrists until it starts to roll off and dry a bit, rinse off to amazingly soft exfoliated hands! Oatmeal has beta glucans for wrinkles, apple has plumping pectin and collagen forming Vitamin C plus exfoliating enzymes, cinnamon has circulation and collagen stimulating properties, Cashew butter is a great emollient and very hydrating and nutritious to the skin!

  19. this is the 1st time ever that Iv subscribed to any one,,,
I don't know if yall read these comments, but you have inspired me ,I'm over 300#lbs now &have yo-yoed my whole life ,,,thank you both,,,

  20. These cookies are delicious! I didn’t have cranberries but they were still delicious. I’m thinking of using Granny Smith apples next time to see how that works out. Another great recipe! Thank you!

  21. At this time of year we don't have Cranberries in the shop, no fresh, no from the freezer. Dried Cranberries will work when they were soaked in water for some time?

  22. The only videos I can tell stop watching are yours and Sadhguru…Cara is so genuine and a natural beauty 🙂

  23. Can you use oats when you have Candida overgrowth? And also hypothyroid issues? I’m doing everything raw. I bough your parasite supplement also. Since last week doing the raw diet I feel slow but much better, my numbness are better and my sinus as well

  24. Hi there…i love all about raw food but after i eat sweet potato my stomak is not happy. Is there any bad combination that makes it hard to digest or it has to be cut a sertan way?

  25. cara has a darling little girl quality about her……….is markus in high school??? No way he is pushing 50………….I AM PUSHING 50 and I damn sure don't look like them……………………I need proof..

  26. Is simple to prepare and did not take that long she says.. but actualy the time for this recipe to be ready to eat it takes 6 or 15 hours to be ready.. so corect me if im wrong.. but how this is not takes that long to make it?

  27. HI, Thank you for your videos :* I am quite new to raw food and while showing off my recent meal containing oats was pointed out that oats are not raw…. that in order to be rolled and not break they need to be heated above 45 Celsius degrees… 🙁 I could not believe so looked into it and this seem to be true and you cannot by raw oats 🙁 Can you comment on this please? Is an exception of none raw food from time to time fine? Thank you xxx

  28. You guys are Beautiful inside and out ! (Barbie and Ken from another planet LoL). Thankyou for all you both share , you are both Incredible artists. I am grateful for you both. Happy Thanksgiving. XOXOXO

  29. The cookies are delicious. Today I am experimenting and glazed the cookies with a thin layer of a slightly sticky sauce I made yesterday of soaked medule dates, almond butter, vanilla and some leftover coconut water. They are in the dehydrator now. Hoping to add just a hint more sweetness to them and help bind them in addition to the dusting of oat flour.

  30. I made these today…OMG!! 🤗🤗🤗This is the best oatmeal cookie I have ever eaten!! I love them!!! Thanks for this awesome recipe Markus and Cara!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  31. I recently started following you two because Elle Macpherson listed her 55 favorite things and in the list was her dehydrator. At 55 she looks like she's in her twenties. What's key to me is when you educate that dehydrating under 118 degrees F it does not kill the enzymes. Sing that from the rooftops! 😊I got a dehydrator three days ago and it's changed my world. In addition, I made the Thai cabbage salad ( no dehydrator) and that recipe is awesome! All together it's life changing. I e always strived to eat healthy but the dehydrator opens up a whole new world. Thanks to both of you.

  32. what's cool about this is you can experiment with the ingredients.. I had everything for this recipe except the cranberries so I used goji berries I had on hand instead and the cookies still came out great!!

  33. Thank you both for sharing your raw food wisdom with the rest of us!! This is new to me and I am so excited to have found these great videos. I have learned so much in the last few days watching them. God bless you both!

  35. I´m one of your greatest fans! Googling rolled oats, the first thing that show is : "rolled oats
noun 1 oats that have been husked and crushed". And in wikipedia it says: "Rolled oats are a type of lightly processed whole-grain food. Traditionally, they are made fromoat groats that have been dehusked and steamed, before being rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers and then stabilized by being lightly toasted." So what oats are you using Markus and Cara? Is there any oats one should avoid and why? How to get rid of little bugs? How to wash oats? Thank you very much.

  36. if this is before you guys got together, wow the attraction is undeniable, cara looks seriously in love baby 😀 the chemisty jumps out of the screen, you guys are a perfectly awesome couple so glad you teamed up 😀

  37. here a challenge for cara or the both of u:
try to make the iranian dish/dessert "sohan"…but in healthy! – to me its the single most addicting sweet ive ever had
its usually made from sprouted wheat flour, eggyolks, butter, sugar, pistachios, cardomon and saffron (yea my candida is already going wild just typing down these ingredients)
maybe something with raw oats or buckwheat in the dehydrator and puree'd peeled almond-butter for the eggyolk taste
i bet the stuff, crumbled up, like a granola, can rival ur beloved cashews as a travelfood ;p

  38. When ever I feel down I watch this video it always makes me smile especially the bit about the cranberries popping in your mouth 😂

  39. I know this is an old video but I see alot of people complained about not finding the recipe. They say the measurents in the video, just jot it down. Its free content. Same goes for any recipe video. Any moment tbey might night say a measurement then its something that does not have to be exact. I have so many nice began recipes i jotted down while watching.

  40. Still need to eat these in moderation. The oatmeal and syrup are high in carbs. Still, a great alternative to garbage food.
