I want another episode act inside in the kitchen my name of course can’t alta and this week we’re going to make another ongoing weight loss friendly recipe called sugar-free peanut butter cookies so come along this means we cook it on low carb style so first things first we’re going to put a cup of natural sugar-free peanut butter in there I like to my measuring cup there are numbered good brands of sugar-free peanut butter I’m using Smuckers but then again the Target brand is just as good most of the natural peanut butters will be sugar-free but read the labels because there are some out there like Jeff and Skippy that may claim to be natural peanut butter but they put sugar in them as well alright alright to this we’re going to add three tablespoons of a granulated sweetener I’m going to be using granulated Splenda which very well could be using Truvia or stevia extract and the in the raw is also good and one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract all right now we’re going to mix these three ingredients together now there’s no discussion only to watch our forums or the actions I would only wear on to hi peanut butter or peanuts in are they a legume or are they nuts well in the new Atkins diet in the book new actives in new you his class peanuts are classified as a legume or a being on the original Atkins diet new dr.
