An important What I Eat in a Day on WW Freestyle | Weight Watchers Meals


[Music] hi guys good morning um so today I’m filming another what I eat in a day on Weight Watchers freestyle video but today is going to be a little bit different because well basically what I’m doing is my version of like a hardcore freestyle day and I have been eating this exact same thing for so far this entire week in today’s Friday and I’ll be doing I’ll continue to do it until at least until Sunday maybe more depending on how my body is reacting and stuff like that sunday is when I weigh and um I’m going to be making a separate video kind of explaining some of my thought process behind it why I’m why I’m doing that I don’t know I’m just going on I have some thoughts but I wanted to film the actual meal plan today because well I’ll give you the short version then I’ll explain them longer basically you guys I know I’ve been a little bit frustrated with with just my weight even though I’ve been trying really hard to do Weight Watchers freestyle so I’m just trying to make things really simple alright I talked too much no surprise so it is about 10 20 and I’m gonna have breakfast and I’m just going to have an apple for breakfast easy right but I love it I can’t buy I had braces and it scares me all right it’s about noon don’t know if you could see that or not and I’m making lunch so this is something that I’ve showed you guys before but it it’s awesome and it’s part of my hard core same thing and philosophy / I’ll talk to you more about in another video but I do want to show you guys I’m having I’m sure you guys could guess it ducted it up my chicken gives aparts potstickers from Trader Joe’s and I am going to be having this with the gives a dipping sauce which it’s just amazing amazing amazing um I want to just remind you of a tip i have for cooking it so let me show you alright so I just boiled them in a pot of water until they float to the edge and sometimes if they’re spinning I like them better and then um I just have woo getting steamy here so I just have a pan on medium heat and I just sprayed it with some cooking spray and I just usually get one edge crispy because I am too impatient and generally to a fun great to do others that I do like to put this flat bottom you see how it has you can’t cut this um the part that has ridges down I I don’t know I’m just a weirdo that’s just what I like yes I’m going put all these in and crisp them up alright here is my lunch I have a little bit of pineapple some white peaches one point worth of the gyoza sauce and then eight of the gyozas which equals six points so this is seven points obviously my breakfast was zero ok question for you peach fans I love peaches do you like yellow peaches or white peaches I like white peaches a lot I think that they’re better but yellow peaches are just easier to let me know hey I’m at my work desk area I did want to let you know because sometimes I I forget to put these and I am drinking a diet coke I have two cans of diet coke a day I I know that’s not good for me but it’s one of those things where I could really only handle one thing at a time and so while I’m trying to teach myself how to like cook healthy and eat healthy like I just mentally can’t handle also giving up caffeine but I think I probably showed this to you earlier in a different video I do drink a ton of water like it is 1:30 in the afternoon and this is number four of these bottles that I have according to like my weight and everything I’m supposed to have five a day but I blow through that no problem like I probably have like around six or seven easily like without even trying of those a day yeah so I just wanted to make sure that like I’m aware I’m aware that it’s not healthy and it’s something that I will address at a different time but I just do not have the mental and on the mental space for it yet so one day but I I do want to I do want to be honest I just honestly forget because it’s like what I eat in a day not what I like drinking today and at 0.7 that but just while listening hi it is after 4:00 now and that is my time where I really like to try to exercise if I can well not if I can if I’m doing hardcore every other day I run and the day that I do that day that’s in between I do like strength training with my with my weights and stuff like that and if you’ve heard I am trying to train to run a 5k I’m not signed up for a race or anything like that but I used the Jeff Galloway’s 5k training app I think it does cost a couple of dollars or something but I really loved it and it was a couple years ago I was able to successfully run a 5k using that app so I’m reusing it because I would got way out of shape again yeah so I really like to exercise at this time of day because if I’m ever snacky like this is the time where I would get snacky so by doing something else um it’s usually honestly because I’m just like meet a mental break that I feel snacky so this is a good way for me to get away and I’m not like really hungry right now I just want to do something I’m snack I feel snacky because I’m bored so definitely not going to be bored while on the treadmill then it also gives me like a just a nice shift in the day to do it then so I’m going to go run on the treadmill ah I’ve finished that treadmill kicked my butt it was super intense today was my long-run day so basically I have two runs that are shorter but I run faster and then on the third day you have a longer run then you don’t run s-class that program is really good the Jeff Galloway he’s like the run Disney sponsored coach I don’t know he’s somehow associated with the run Disney and just to let you guys know like my goal for running is very low like when I say running I’m like barely jogging but that’s enough for me and like my goal like because you could set your goals in this app is my goal is I just want to be able to run a 5k at the speed of 16 a 16 minute mile because that is I believe last time I checked that is like the cutoff for like that’s the slowest you could go before Disney excuse me and is mean people will stop excuse me start like busting you or you won’t be able to finish the race if you’re doing like a half marathon or whatever which by the way I can’t remember if I said this but I think it is my goal one day to be able to run a half marathon at at Disney so I honestly I wish they would do it at Disneyland bring the run Disney races back but I don’t know if that’ll ever happen um and I don’t know if I would like ever really make a vacation around running but we’ll see you know like I just would like to be able to be in enough physical shape to do it and it’s good motivation I don’t know if you could hear that beep or not but um I showered obviously but so typically I run and today’s run was like for no not 45 I think like 3540 minutes or something so I started at like 4:00 or 4:15 and I take like 10 or 15 minutes just like sick cooled down try not to throw up because I am out of shape and even like even going super slow and doing like walk jog walk jog it’s intense because I’m Way out of shape so then I cool down and then I preheat my oven to 425 and then I go jump in the shower so that when I come out of the shower my oven is preheated and I could start making dinner because my husband likes to eat dinner on the dot he just gets he just gets hungry at the exact same time every day but will eat a little late and he’ll he’ll be fine he’s generally easygoing all right so let me show you oh I’m going to make chicken rice asparagus and maybe fruit if I am you know what maybe I’ll have like pineapple or more pineapple as a dessert cuz that so good yeah that’s not what’s good all right so let me show you this is really boring but it is it I I get filled up and I like it so I’ll show you I do alright so I just on a baking sheet that I kind of sprayed with cooking spray I have one shallot and then honestly just a smattering of leftover sweet onion just because I’m trying to use it up and then I have I think 10 asparagus the amount asparagus and onion I use honestly depends on how hungry I am so I am just going oh at this angle it’s hard to see I’m just going to take 1 TSP of olive oil and and I’m just going to drizzle it all over and then I try to like mix it up a bit because obviously one teaspoon of olive oil is not like a time of olive oil but that’s because points rise you know but I know that olive oil is a healthy fat and I want to make sure that I still incorporate healthy fats into my diet honestly I don’t remember why they’re good for me so I’m not a nutritionist maybe one day all right then I’m just going to sprinkle on some salt just whatever I feel like I try not to go super crazy but I really like salt so then I have some pepper that I’m just going to [Applause] sprinkle and the same with garlic powder now you could also put like regular garlic but for whatever reason I just want the powder I just feel like it’s just easier and when after I’m doing a workout I really want it to be easy yeah so that’s it it’s really simple but I I love it and I feel like if you have not tried go steam your onions to click them I feel like it just brings out the flavor all the more it’s so good yeah all right so now I just pop them in the oven generally for like 10 minutes or how long it takes me to cook the chicken all right so I am going to get my chicken already so I want it I kind of want to see how many ounces I have I don’t know if you could you probably can’t see the screen but one thing that I have been struggling with is I really really enjoy chicken tenderloins because of the size of them and they’re really fast and easy to cook but a lot of times they will have this like line of fat or something going through them and it is disgusting I’m cooking it and I looked up and I tried like there’s different ways how to try to get it out but I don’t know how to do that like I tried in a totally different way didn’t work so what I’m going to do for my chicken is I’m basically going to cut it up and just not include the weird gross part so I only have one chicken tenderloin I know it’s a little bit wasteful but I’m I’m still learning and so if I have to waste a little bit in this learning process maybe one day I’ll get better so I only have one chicken chicken tenderloin and usually I’ll have like two chicken tenderloins or or maybe a little bit maybe more honestly maybe I’ll have two to three chicken tenderloins and so by only have one so I’m also going to just do the same to a chicken breast now the problem I have with the chicken breast is it’s so thick and it’s so big and honestly I don’t I don’t know if I would need a whole chicken breast or even if I would normally eat a whole chicken breast that it’s just it takes too long to cook and when I’m doing my hardcore weight watcher freestyle thing I don’t want anything that is going to be too difficult or too hard or really that I have to think too much about because one of the reasons why I’m doing this is because I want to make this easier on myself so I will just keep cutting just keep cutting maybe a couple more slices alright I have my pan preheated and I’m just going to slide the chicken in and then season it so let me show you what I seasoned it with all of these seasonings are just to my taste I like a lot Oh my gosh I almost forgot important spot hold on I’ll be right back guys I almost forgot what I use I like to have a little bit of lemon juice I totally forgot to put this on this pair guess I just added just a tiny bit last minute so I don’t add a ton oh okay I squared it a little bit but I just added some squirts and I really really like putting a little bit of lemon juice on my chicken now I’m going to add some salt and oh that was more pepper than I wanted to do but a while then I just have some just dried basil and dried oregano and I like my chicken prettier B so you could see that it’s going to you’re going to definitely see it of course some garlic and I have onion powder now this onion powder not salt I I’m switching I’ve been using onion salt a lot but I’ve switched this week to onion powder not to avoid having so much salt so this one has parsley in it too so yeah I like to put a lot but then I’ll just mix this up and cook my chicken like stir-fry it this is so easy and it’s not like this is not a meal to impress your friends by any means but it is a quick meal that’ll really fill you up and I don’t know I just like it it’s good it’s boring but it’s solid it’s a solid weeknight meal I’m going to have my chicken and asparagus with a cup of just white rice I made this rice a couple of days ago I think Wednesday and it’s Friday now and what I do is I just make a larger pot of rice and then I just warm it up one thing is my tip for warming up rice if you want it to still be like moist which I really like cover it with a wet paper towel so when you microwave it to hold in some of that moisture to bring it back to life I I think it works pretty good like it’s not as good as fresh rice obviously but just a little tip that did it all here is dinner so um yeah the shell is definitely got a little crispy but I kind of once again I’m weird I like my vegetables a little bit burnt so um this is just one point for the olive oil this chicken is zero points mate I might have made a little too much chicken but oh well and then this rice is six points so this is a seven point dinner and depending on how I’m feeling I may or may not have some pineapple for dessert so we’ll see hey I’m back in my sewing room I’ll probably so until like 10 11 o’clock at night or something like that to get some orders done and but that’s one of the great things about working from home is that you get to work your schedule so I can stop work at 4:00 take some breaks to exercise and shower and stuff and then just get right back into it and because I will stop at 10:00 or 11:00 because Eric and I are watching Veronica Mars if you are near my age I graduate graduated high school around 2000 and no I graduate high school 2006 not around 2006 it is set I think I think they filmed it or it was like out in 2004 and it’s like a high school it’s it’s set in high school and the fashion is so worth it – it feels like a lot of things going by memory lane like I had a uniform for high school so we didn’t wear those things obviously but um it’s just it’s just really fun and it’s a good show and I’ve never seen it before but Eric really likes that show so he is introducing it to me so I’ve been looking forward to it ever single night and it’s fun um alright so you did not come here to talk about TV but Veronica Mars watch it I recommend it so far I’m on the beginning of season 2 alright so breakfast was zero points lunch was seven and dinner was seven and I’m done I’m done eating I did end up not eating on my chicken cuz it was a lot I just I made too much chicken but I did have another little bowl full of pineapple because man I am just into pineapple right now I’m super wanna go move in with Spongebob and live this pineapple Hut it smells so good yeah so I’m really into it and so that was seven seven points so I’ve used fourteen so I get 23 points a day that’s how many points I get for a weight budget for the weight I’m currently on and things like that and to get a blue dot which means a blue dot I guess it just means you did a good job you could go five over your daily points or ten under so I am at 14 which is nine under my daily point so it’s still considered within like the healthy eating range and I double-checked um because I wanted to make sure that like that I have a good mental like I’m not I’m not eating too little like I do not want to be unhealthy in my body in any way which means eating not enough or eating too much like I want to be healthy and I know that there’s two extremes and I never want to go from one extreme to another so I did double-check the calories on MyFitnessPal and I don’t remember what they were but it was in like a fine range so so yeah so that is what I’m not going to eat anymore my mother-in-law gave me a suggestion to stop eating by seven o’clock and I definitely have stopped eating by then to try to she gave me the suggestion to help me with this putt hoe or anything like this so this is what I have on my when I’m trying to do it like hardcore I will explain my thought process and the emotional side a little bit further but I have been doing this today’s Friday so I’ve been doing this all week I’ve been eating the exact same thing and I solve a smile on my face okay so it’s not it’s not that intense this I’m not punishing myself it’s not a negative thing at all this is a positive
