Almond Flour Bread 🍞
• Recipe of low carb bread • In a blender, or food
processor, let’s add: 6 eggs 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 cups of almond flour 1/4 cup of cream cheese 2 teaspoons of baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil,
covering it with a piece of baking paper. My pan on the video is 20cm long. Now, let’s add in the batter. In a pre-heated oven at 150°C (300°F),
bake it for 40 minutes. ⏰ Or until you can insert a toothpick
in the bread and it comes out clean. IT’S DONE! 🎉 This recipes gives a total of 14 slices. Each slice has 1.4 grams of net carbs. YUM! SO GOOD!

  3. I made this today – and it needed a larger pan – the 20 cm size was too small and the batter spilled over into the oven. I am looking forward to trying it as soon as it finishes!
