ALDI Keto Diet Grocery Haul | Low Carb Food Shopping

hello and welcome back to my channel today I went to Aldi and did a grocery haul of all kinds of low-carb keto diet essentials I got a lb probably at least once a week to get you’ll see what so I’m getting the video today in the grocery haul it’s not my full weekly shop I tend to shop a bit at every supermarket I’ve got my favorite things at each and I’ve kind of got in the habit of getting all these weekly goodies at Aldi and just seeing what else is on special there’s all kinds of things always find there there’s weekly offers every week this thing different on offer for 49 cents and there’s always some fruit and veg and bits to be found and I’ve also written a full blog post which I’ll leave down below which has my full keto shopping list I shared one a few years ago and I thought I’d just share an updated one with new photos and a new list of all keto goodies to find at Aldi so be sure to check that out I’ll leave a link down below for you but let me show you what I got today okay so this is everything that I got today let me start up or left of you and work my way across I’ve got a broccoli I love having a bit of chopped chopped broccoli with breakfast lunch or dinner maybe broccoli salad or I’ll have broccoli sauteed with a bit of mushrooms and fried eggs for breakfast and spinach again every meal can have spinach I try and get vegetables that I can just use breakfast lunch or dinner or a bit of all of them and yep I’ve got spinach there and these lovely big mushrooms too and this week’s forty-nine cents specials which were keto friendly was broccoli 49 cents for the whole broccoli and butternut pumpkin which I’ve got over here forty-nine cents I’ve been buying them lightly for about a euro each and so I was quite happy to find one for 49 cents I’ve been making pumpkin soup with it and yeah those are the veg so we’ve got broccoli spinach mushrooms up and a cucumber – is an organic cucumber that I found I think was 99 cents just most things are budget friendly but then they’re also little some items are a bit more expensive but still budget-friendly for example my cacao powder over here cacao powder coconut flour and coconut oil I’ve been going through at least a jar lately of coconut oil I had been on a RP diet and now I’ve transitioned off and I’m still addicted to having coconut oil rather than butter and meals even though I can have butter I tend to have it a bit more sparingly just because I’ve been enjoying coconut oil so yeah for ages always like butter now it’s coconut oil and how thee is brilliant for getting coconut oil coconut flour cacao powder all the things that you need for baking and a couple of cheese options we’ve got some Emmental just started reintroducing Dairy so yes butter I’ve been able to have bits of dairy I’ve got em and tail over there and I found these Irish Buffalo salad cubes they looked really nice to have maybe on top of some spinach just make a bit of a salad spinach with the Buffalo salad cubes not quite sure we’re gonna see how we go and I’ve got raspberries beautiful Irish raspberries still in summer Haven of the weather has been stormy and rainy it’s still Brit pretending it’s summer so I like having a handful of raspberries a day and I’ve been able to introduce nuts only the last few days so I’ve been loving having cashews so I got some organic cashews again they have regular cashews but they have organic it’s not too much more expensive so I thought I may as we’ll get a couple of those to have a snacks through the week and the only meat the option in this grocery haul were these lamb chops just because yesterday I roasted a chicken and I’ve got loads of roast chicken left over in my fridge and so I didn’t really want to get too much meat but I like getting these at Aldi their budget-friendly at the moment being the end of spring and all fresh Irish lamb so I got a couple of those as the messy bit and then yeah I also often get at Aldi yoghurt which I didn’t get today because I still have a tub of here getting my fridge from Aldi from last week I’ve been sort of slowly sparing having a little bit at a time and so yeah yo get off and get there I didn’t get eggs which is a keto essential but I get them from another supermarket some local fresh eggs but yeah those are my Kido essentials at Aldi a little haul and I’ve also written a blog post which I’ll leave down below which will have a full list of what to look out Fred Quito and I said look out for LD and I took loads of photos while I was there so you can see kind of the inside of what one of the Valdez supermarket looks like an island of course you’ll find different products depending where you are in the world but this is just things to look out for and as always read the nutritional information to make sure you’re happy with the ingredients included and that they are part of your macros and you’re happy so that is the video for today thank you so much for watching be sure to leave a like subscribe for more videos and comment to let me know you’ll go to LD shopping essentials and also let me know any future videos you’d like me to share about LD I’ve
