5 Months Without Carbs – My Keto Journey

woke up and it was totally fine well I was full of energy I know I felt great that moment I understood I was on ketosis my body start using fats instead of carbs as heavily so I felt great this process is the same for every kind of ketogenic diet and every kind of ketogenic diet needs from two weeks to a few months for other people to get fat adapted to get into ketosis in this avoid variation depression follow me after this period you have to get back home carbs but for a while how it works I usually eat to diet so just fat protein and under 30 grams of carbs 30 grams of helps this way with a lot of fats no carbs and the right amount of protein for five to six days a week on the seven day six or seven day depends I just follow one day but usually no decided you have to follow two days off carbon reload so you have get back on carbs for one day how if you use that to have 70% of your calorie intake from fats on that day you’re gonna have 70% from cars just the 10% they used to have from carbs from fats and protein are always the same little bit less probably so for one day you consume a lot of good carbs I eat rice pasta out in the morning I go to sushi like a slice of cake not scream but I try to get just from good carbs like rice but sometimes for sure I eat like an ice cream or a cake because cool it’s great so after the first beer of the first phase where you have to get fat adapted where you don’t touch carp at all until on ptosis then start the second phase the one you can bring forward for one year two years three years I’m following this kind of diet from five months and great I find in which you eat carbs just for one two days a lot of carbs the other days of the week from for example for me from Monday to Friday or Saturday I just the spark was ten times a week because I really love them pros and cons of this kind of keto diet and the diet in general start from rose for sure to starting this my blood tests were perfect I don’t know when it used to be on my cars based diet I felt like on a roller coaster when I used to have my meal with carbs I felt great I felt so powerful I I wanted you to go to the gym and work out as fine something like that after two-three hours after my meal who I went down I was completed time I wanted to get back home carbs again and then you meal after three hours I eat again three hours it was great I felt great was correct and it wanted to sleep it works like that you know where that went in at lunch and you it’s like a plate of pasta like this after the lunch you are you feel great but after 2-3 hours you feel completely down you you feel tired you want to sleep but with the key diet never happen you feel great all day long you wake up you’re not hungry you can skip the meal and till lunch you can fast until lunch this is why usually when I wake up I fast a lot of times I always had my breakfast before the gym now I don’t because I wake up I’m not hungry at all I’m so powerful just after we hang up and you want to work out after the workout I hit my first meal so I used to tweet like five six times a day now eight three sometimes four times a day no more okay they always feel great another pro very important I think probably the water you are interested in more is that I lost a lot of body fat a lot I started my journey was around 12% body fat okay after 3 months I was 7 percent body fat and I still maintain that kind of body fat easily really really easily before I used to have to be all year long around 12% body fat and then with summer I got into 7% now in 7% from 5 months and I feel great but like everything there are also some costs yes I know that a lot of body fat but I lost I know as well I used to wait like 95 kilograms now I am 84 85 sometimes after my carbonyl 86 but never more than 85 86 okay I used to happen to be 95 97 sometimes so yes I lost probably four kilos of fats and five kilos of fats two kilos of water Mac I lost 3 or 4 kilos of muscle as well you can easily see for example in this picture it was yes 12% body fat like was 95 kilograms and it was huge now if you see this picture I was in the middle of my keto journey after two months of keto I was skinny I was flat I feel great I feel great so leader but still strong – I lasted for sure out of misawa’s oh yes with the performance while I did notice a lot of difference in the weight training so when I lift weights I don’t really feel different I almost feel the same way to use before squatting bench press dead lifts I feel good I feel great a lot of power a lot of strength but everything changed with my metabolic work out with my conditioning or my CrossFit workouts I really felt a difference because with this kind of workout you definitely I can tell you you definitely need carbs to give your best so keep in mind this if you love your CrossFit performance if you are course Peter probably keto is not the right diet for you but if you are for me like weight lifting or bodybuilding it’s it’s fine okay now the most important thing about keto and this variation is welding and volley key to diet the one I’m following it’s not for everybody personally like me that you don’t really need your mind carbs so probably the keto is right for you I’m sure about this I’m a right person for keto he was after two weeks I want to toast this I was completely fine just after two weeks without the carbs for a lot of friends they try the keto especially in LA and they they took like two knives to get into ketosis for two months it felt like okay for example for Veronica we try it for two weeks if you say no probably maybe you are like me sure is that carbs so it was difficult but ok that’s right after two weeks 12,000 that she was craving for
