5 Days Of Weigh Ins Plus My Goal Weight & Chatting – Low Calorie Weight Loss Journey Update


hello everybody welcome back to my channel I’m Kathy if you’re new here don’t forget to subscribe if you like this video give it a thumbs up if you don’t like it why not give it a thumbs up anyway okay I don’t know I always just crack myself up with that but whatever it’s me it’s my personality it’s whatever this video is going to be the first imma grabbing my wrist the first five days of me coming back and really putting the effort in to lose weight to continue to gain my like activity level and I don’t necessarily want to see mobility because I can’t do like I can do stuff that I never thought I could do there’s just so much believe me stuff I can’t talk about on YouTube that I never thought I could do but there’s still a lot more that I would like to do a lot of things that are weight restricted that obviously I want to fit more places I want to do more and the fact that I just turned at 40 means that I need to pay attention to my health let’s like get ourselves you can be healthy today and wake up tomorrow not healthy and I just I I want to keep going because I want to keep the health as long as I can I want to keep this mobility going on and keep being able to do things fitting places just doing more huh and I’ve had to overcome a lot and I’m just really excited I’ve hated keeping my weight to myself it has been so hard because I’ve been so excited for just where I’ve gotten to I wrote down because you know I’m going to forget because I’m gonna be inserting clips and then I mean okay it doesn’t matter so what I’ve been doing is low calorie I’ve been trying to stay under 1600 calories a day the first four actually all of the lands will be on this will actually be from low calorie my activity level you can check out some of the vlogs before this you’ll see that I do try to go swimming and I try to go for walks and stuff I don’t necessarily do that every day or anything but I try to move my body I actually live in a townhouse so I’ve got stairs I try my darkness to go up and down those stairs as many times a day I don’t look at it as a punishment if I forget something I’ll go like oh I forgot something but it’s not because of having to climb the stairs it’s just a simple fact of gosh darn it I forgot that so I do try my best to do more around like just move more and get up to go to the kitchen you know just moving I don’t go oh hey Andy will you go get me this or hey will you did I do it myself I liked you I liked it and I’m really funny you guys I’m Andy wants something I’ll be like wait wait I’ll go get it for you he’s like are you sure I’m like yes that’s me moving I don’t know it’s just me so I’m sure you guys really you’re just kids to the winds already it’s a let’s start with where I started which one has been my birthday my 40th birthday 822 let’s go ahead and put the way in here hello I’m ready that is my day one way in that is so I was very very very very happy with that I believe that’s the lowest you guys have seen for me here on YouTube it is not the lowest I had seen at that like in that time frame but um it’s a great starting point because it was so low that it’s so close to you what my goal was for my birthday which was 275 I had been thinking about it all year like I just want to get to 275 by the time I turned 40 and I didn’t make it but the fact that I was only you know roughly seven pounds away was very encouraging to me I I felt really really good about that very excited the day went good I stay don’t plan I stayed very under calories I don’t know I just it was very easy for me to get started because at the beginning I have all of this pent-up excitement and like going forward and it was my 40th birthday and I didn’t want to do anything special for the day I just wanted to live my life and do what I wanted and I just really proud of myself that that was the weight that I started at because they could have been much higher but I’m not even gonna sure could I was very surprised that that was late because the day before I did have Chinese as much as I was trying to stay but I was the exact same weight the day before just you know but that was the day before was kind of like if you don’t start today then what are you gonna start so the day before my birthday I was already trying to bring those calories down and I think I hit 2200 the day before which was freaking awesome but Chinese makes me cold water just just say that was day one 822 40th birthday all of that jazz so let’s go ahead and move forward on to day two the 23rd of August let’s go ahead and put it that way in here hello I’m ready ten hundred and eighty eight point eight pound years I are very happy with this I do want to say that I had been losing weight the whole week prior law really August had been a good month for me chipping away but I was chip away and then add in shipping and kind of thing and getting serious so the fact that I lost point eight pounds like almost a whole pound that is awesome it definitely was motivating me and encouraging me and getting me closer to those two 70s because the two 70s I like that elusive number right like I just kept digging right there I would get to 279 and then right back up and in like two or three days after hitting 279 whatever by whatever I mean is like to Sonia nine point six or but I only cared about that about the fact that I had made it into the 70s and then I would go right back up to like 83 to 85 so it was like every time I would get right there it was something in my brain would just make me want to go and just binge I don’t know what it is about every single time I have gotten to 79 it is bumped me back up so then I’m right there on the cusp but I definitely have the energy and the mode to keep going forward so I did keep going and I stayed under my calories which again as I said was 1,600 I’m on a normal day where my activity is a normal amount of activity I’m very confident in saying that I naturally between my natural activities and everything natural natural natural commute huh that I burn probably 3000 probably between 2700 and 3,000 calories in a day I like being active it’s something I enjoy I enjoy walking and moving and doing this and doing that but there are definitely days I do nothing definitely days but this I was not one of those days I did do what I was supposed to do kept with the food and again low calorie that was all that mattered to me was the calories I didn’t care about carbs I didn’t care about fat I don’t care about anything but the calories so let’s go into it the third day right yeah day three let’s see where we I know for that hello I’m ready two hundred and seventy nine point zero pounds yeah yeah okay like I was saying 279 is that place where I get to and I’m like no I’m just gonna go ahead and have whatever I want and always backsliding always back exciting so this is the the official you know the third official day I’m going into I’m down some weight I’m doing good I’m excited I’m like yes I’m 79 but can I keep it up I did not I did fine I can’t remember exactly which days I did what activities but definitely doing good I stayed on track I did everything that I was supposed to do did well under my 1600 calories again just moving forward doing it feeling good so listen I don’t really have much to say other than the fact that I was just super super excited to be back in the 70s know the elusive 70 is so at this point we’re gonna be like what about the 60s but we’ll get to that’s down the road first I’m at 79 and we’ve got to stay in the 70s at the time right like police body please can we please body don’t retain water don’t do that to me right now do not devastate me like that was pretty much my feelings I knew going to bed the story I knew going to bed that I had done well that I had stayed under my calories that I moved my body that I had done you know good things and by moving my body I just mean activities in the house you know going up and down the stairs picking up things washing dishes and laundry dusting you know just moving your body just do natural natural you doing normal things that you do you don’t really necessarily think of them as activities but they are your moving your body and I often work up a sweat doing those things and it’s good it’s just it’s not only good for my body but it’s also good for my mind and the fact that I’m keeping things picked up and organized and everything so let’s go ahead and see if the body hates me I went to bed worrying about if I was going to retain water or not go into day for now right yeah we’re going into day for let’s let’s see that way and now hello I’m ready are you guys as dumbfounded as I am right now you don’t understand how many times I stepped on the scale and it kept saying the exact same number like that scale does not like necessarily always stays at the same number I take the highest number that it says that’s what it is the lowest that it said was 0.4 seven days six months but I lean to seven days six point six like what how how did that happen there’s like two and a half pounds almost what I have no idea I have no idea I was like I was elated I was jumping around afterwards and I was like I love you body I love you so much because my body is losing it’s a letting go of the fat I’m like that means that my boob that like mentally I am in the right headspace at me but it doesn’t mean so much good things for me because I am trying so hard to be as a happy person that I want to be the happy person that I know I am the active person that I’ve always always wanted to be I have been working so hard at this and then to have that kind of a loss oh my gosh it was just I can’t believe I not believe could not however this day the which is 8:25 I’ll give 25th this day is the day that I find out we’re going to be switching taquito to the following day the next day we’re switching to Quito so I made choices that necessarily which if you watch the previous law you’ve already heard this I did make some poor choices I had cashew clusters which were cashews almonds and pumpkin seeds with just you know sugar keeping it all together and I had Doritos I just can’t I know that I had something else but for the life of me I cannot remember what else but you know it’s in the past I don’t really need to remember foods that I’m no longer eating back here remember what else I had I did have something else I I stayed I hid probably around 2,000 calories I was not hopeful because I definitely was eating sodium there was a lot of salt and the things that I was eating but I was fighting that urge to raw last hurrah kind of thing where you’re gonna start something new so you just eat all the things you you’re not going to be able to have and all of that kind of jazz oh my gosh it’s just like for real I tried I tried so hard I out the Doritos into the trash can and everything so that I could go back and fish them out and I just it was kind of maddening to me that I just kept fighting this urge to just eat everything cuz it’s your last time here it’s not my last time it’s not my last time okay so after all of that let’s go into the fifth way in which is August 26 let’s see what exactly I end up doing after coming off of Doritos I’m not question let’s go ahead and put that weigh in here hello I’m ready seventy five point six pounds goodbye [Music] what’s up with my body boys hopefully say that is scary anyways I can’t sing so doesn’t matter I can’t hold it soon mm-hmm I don’t need to embarrass myself anymore but I didn’t know what to think I was just like body I freaking love you I love you body but on the same note my boobs they hurt real bad some of you may know what that means so we will see in the next vlogs that I do I will be including weigh in so we’ll see what ends up happening but also today at the this fifth day was the first day of doing Kido and you know sometimes that affects things too but again that will be in the next so um I totally forgot to start the video with like kind of my goals so I’m just gonna have to put it and then I’ll try to touch on it in a vlog I’ll probably touch on it and a lot of vlogs my weight-loss goals right now I’m going for I want to hit you just the normal ones which is I want to get to 250 and I want to get to 225 when I get to 225 I’m probably gonna slow this all the way down that’s my big goal right now is 225 I was thinking I’m like you know I definitely want that but then I start thinking about like the weight restrictions and stuff like that that are 225 that means that I should probably go for 215 so that’s a bridge I will cross when I get to 225 that’s not something that I need to necessarily think about right now right now it’s about getting 25 pounds off at a time there is a 50 low it’s more than 50 currently but that’s that’s where I want to get to I just want to get to 225 right now that’s what I’m pushing for I don’t have like these super low goals I never have I’ve never been like oh I’m gonna be 150 I want to be 130 Elliot that’s number one it’s unrealistic unless I have two means to cut off my skin skin removal with as much as my body has that my skin has been stretched there’s going to be a lot of pounds of loose skin when it when I get to a certain point there’s it’s not I would have to go away and I don’t know if people ask me all the time well if you do well you know when you do get there you’re gonna kiss I don’t know if I’m gonna get skin removal surgery because as it is I don’t have the funds for that I can’t afford to that’s a luxury people that is a lovely reason some of you guys have that many many of us do not so that’s something down the road and I don’t want to necessarily think about that right now I just want to focus on continuing to do more and just be active and I and just get this weight off so that I can fit more places so the weight restrictions are no longer a thing for me hello I love you I’m so bad but it’s true the fact that at 40 I am losing weight like somebody in their 20s is just it’s beautiful to me um I I can’t be mad at my body because it is working and that’s what matters to me I know that being able to lose weight means that my body is working so and my mind and my body are in sync with this and that’s so important I am battling the addiction that food
