hey guys it’s Mimi welcome back to my channel thank you for subscribing and hitting the like button so this morning I went and I took a fitness class and I waited so I’m gonna go ahead and jump to those two clothes right now I just got done working out and it was so much fun the group of women that are in the class are so fun they play Backstreet Boys they play Janet Leigh Kane and like these woman are over like probably over their 50s and I’m the only young one there so like I look at them and they’re like go go go and I’m like there they are my motivators because I’m like for some of them I’m like half their age okay I cannot not do it if they’re doing it I have to do it just go home from Walmart I went to actually GNC real quick because I wanted to get a BCA a um this specific brand it’s a buy Aulani nu and this has talked about a lot by youtubers and instagramers so often let me give it a try so this is supposed to help with like muscle recovery there’s actually a lot of benefits to BCAA I’ll link the helpline blog post about it but it also supposed to help people that have like liver not liver not necessarily liver disease but like liver problems and that OMG you guys I have it on the hunt for these taco ones these are the crest quest chips and I already love like the ranch one and I love the BBQ one so these were like new for me I mean they have a whole selection at GNC so I got the taco I got the cheddar and sour cream and I got the nacho cheese and then these were on super clearance 99 cents I’ve never seen a quest are that cheap they expire in October so I’m like whatever let’s do this so and my husband loves these too okay you guys we are in the bathroom before I do my makeup I just wanted to weigh myself real quick because it’s been a long time since we had away and so I’m curious to see where I am I kind of have an idea because I like waiting myself last week but I haven’t like told you guys so we’ve been doing hito since like towards the end of May so we have June July and we’re almost out they have orkest so I would say like three months for sure okay guys I just got done weighing in and it pretty much is the same number as it was last week I’m sticking to keto but I’m also not going like above and beyond like I’m not counting calories and things like that I’ve just counting like my carbs which I try to get less than 20 grams of net carbs I’m like rebuilding my metabolism from yo-yo dieting all these years and also like liver like fatty liver and things like that so anyways there’s a lot of body factors that factor into my weight loss but I will say that the scale says that I am down 23 pounds I’m so excited like it feels really good just to even hit the 20 pound mark because then it feels like okay I am doing something and like I’ve always said I love the fact that keto like I love the science behind ketosis and I love feeling full and I also love like you know I have my snacks like I have my quest bars and things like that so I don’t really feel deprived and leaving my office okay I’m pulling a chair with me I have been working all day you guys like I just released a project am i pregnant this is back it’s time to cook dinner yeah let’s do this I actually did have a snack I totally forgot to freaking vlog I’m so mad at myself cuz I don’t really like to include you guys but I think we have for a meal slash snack with two of my Kido some fast peanut butter cups let me show you guys real quick just so that we know I’m talking about because just in case this is your first video of mine these are like my favorite things in the world I love them it’s too net gram of carbs for one of these and they’re tiny but they’re really satisfying and actually really good for chocolate yeah you know your girl likes that’s why you have two of those they also have a lot of fat in them they call them the fat bombs you can make them yourself I haven’t made a fat bomb yet so if you guys know of any good recipes for making fat bombs let me know maybe I’ll make a video I have some macadamia nuts which you could find this at Walmart these are kind of expensive this can was like $8 I love these they’re zero carbs and they just they remind me of chips so uh it’s six o’clock I have a pan heating up with some butter I’m really gonna put some seasoning in here good time for this so I got some organic grass-fed ground beef I try to get grass-fed whenever I can whenever the budget is right and this usually runs out six dollars and some change but this is definitely enough for me my husband for sure this is cooking right now and I used Himalayan salt which I usually get this at HomeGoods and then ground turmeric just for a little extra flavor I really like it also guys there was an article that came up in the keto for beginners Facebook group and it was talking about how garlic powder which I like to use has carbs in it which I’ve never even thought to think of so I’m trying to I don’t know if tumeric has carbs and I have to like look that up but I just thought that was I thought that was interesting okay so beef is almost done I started the process for the cheese sauce which this is the same cheese sauce I use on my cauliflower mac and cheese so I do 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and then I do some cream cheese I honestly just like wing it but it might be like 1 to 2 table and then I’m gonna use this I haven’t never used this before this is actually ice cream cheese in it but it’s cheddar which is normally what I go for and I’m just gonna plop it in here stir it make some sauce I have an avocado ready to go and I’m also gonna get some salsa out in the pork rinds ok guys so I’m a it’s all done I’m about to make my bowl but I’m gonna use these as the base for myself I’m just so excited to actually eat this and it’s kind of like tacos right so normally we would use pork rinds at the as the base for the nachos but I’m going to try it with the chip thought I was recording that I love it so I just tried the heat on camera because guys know I like to eat on camera first of all it smells like Taco Bell in this bag and then chip like I just tried it it tastes just like a taco you guys like it’s unbelievable what they can make like it’s crazy for net carbs for the whole bag I’m gonna pop it into a bowl and put my toppings on top guys doesn’t this look delicious and like super low carb okay you guys so one thing that I do is I’d like to just add my snack right onto my meal dr.
