today is September 1st and that means that hashtag accountability August was finished yesterday that was such a great challenge I had so much fun it really helped me get back on track and from the patreon page which is in the description box below busy day today guys notice I got some I learned a tank top today cuz I figure I have to live it up these last few weeks of the year before it like starts to turn cold you know I you know I live in a hoodie so I was like I got to switch it up because you know I’ll be mad if the winter comes and I didn’t get to you know show my shoulders off any time this year although looking at it like I need to live wait so I’m going to the gym today I’m going to try lifting weights you guys know I’ve been a little iffy about the incline treadmill of these past few weeks so Planet Fitness has one of those 30 minutes interval type things where you can do cardio for a minute and then a different weight lifting machine for a minute bouncing back and forth that sounds right up my alley today it’ll put me on a great time schedule because today is a busy day I gotta get moving but before I get moving you know I got to shake it and what am i shaking today I do not even know BAM oh my gosh pink lemonade I haven’t had pink lemonade in so long I am so excited like even though I only have four flavors I feel like I’ve been drawing fruit punch like mostly it in three two one – a spectacular September a pink lemonade it’s so good so pink alright guys I am done at the gym I did that little 30-minute circuit thing like I set out to do and it was a really refreshing change of pace I really enjoyed lifting weights I enjoyed each of the little cardio breaks you know they have a little step in between so sometimes I did step aerobics sometimes I just did kind of squat pulses other times I was doing punches and other sorts of cardio moves so it was really good just to do something different and not the same thing for like 30 or 35 minutes so just like last week I’m eating a low iodine diet this week in solidarity with my mom who is having some sort of treatment next week and has to have a low iodine diet I it’s with her thyroid or something like that but regardless I am showing her that it is easy to do low iodine keto so that cuts out all dairy and eggs and most processed things with salt in it because the salt they use is generally iodized salt so I am keeping it simple again this week I think I’m pretty much having the exact same thing as last week ground beef roasted broccoli I am gonna add some onions in there this week though because roasted onions just sound delicious like that that’s basically the only reason why uh and then I’m having more coffee and fat bombs and jello and ZV alike that was working for me I really enjoyed it I lost like three pounds last week if you caught up with my accountability August challenge you notice that I dropped like three pounds was it because of the dairy I don’t know but I’m still doing it regardless and so I am keeping it simple this week so we’re getting to Meijer we’re getting to Costco and then we are getting it done they go [Music] okay guys I am on my way to the shop I skipped over Meijer in Costco because I literally bought the same thing that I bought last week ground beef vivia broccoli I put some onions in there this time I am so excited about that but like it’s all the same stuff and I just finished roasting that broccoli and onion and it looks and smells and tastes because I had a little sample so good and I am just so excited for the week ahead already but that’s all the time I had before I have to head to the shop I have to meet my sister at 3:30 and then I’m helping her with something I don’t know she calls I come a-runnin so I gotta get to the shop and then I’ll just finish the rest when I get home and buy the rest I mean brown up some meat and mill together some fat bombs and that’s gonna be it for today so let me see what she’s talking about and then I will talk to you later and I’m sure she’s gonna want to come on here because amber what is this for at YouTube of course where else would it be for yeah okay for my Sunday blog like oh my god so when I get home I have to make ground beef for the fat bombs but I was just like I have to go to shop and I know Amber’s gonna want to be on the camera because she’s a scag I mean am i mi scag or do you know I’ll not enjoy this so much I don’t know if it was to your YouTube community or was your Instagram community that you were talking about looking directly into the lens mm-hm the camera cuz I’m still struggling without getting good at like good at this okay I’m more so looking at the at yourself you vain beot ain’t like like amateur at the same time good look I’ll enough fun for the day i hain’t am done with meal prep so let’s see what we have okay so pretty much the exact same thing is last week I have that ground beef but you see instead of using my taco seasoning I use just like a regular old barbecue seasoning I have my roasted broccoli but this time I also included some roasted red onion and I am very excited about that and then we have my coffee so I have coffee with coconut milk and that chocolate collagen and then I also have those exact same fat bombs that I made I will post the recipe here and then for snacks I got sepia I got jello all iodine free and amazing and there’s Maddie who’s also iodine free and amazing look at you Maddie why won’t you look at the camera why won’t you look at the camera Maddie okay alright okay guys today was a busy but a great day I’m looking forward to getting back into the week settling back into a routine eating this delicious meal prep and I’m done for the night thank you so much for watching this
