2 Perfect Keto Snacks For On-the-go


what’s up you guys smashing with the pissed-off diet coming to show you one of my favorite snacks on the ketogenic diet on the pissed-off diet and it’s bacon who doesn’t love bacon so what I do since I don’t like to make bacon in the pan not because I don’t like to taste or anything but I just prefer them I try to make things easier and i don’t think the cooking in another pan is easier i think throwing it in the oven and I i preheat the oven to about 300 and then I just cook cook up some bacon I just you know layout as many as I can I don’t like to touch the bacon that much either so I get a fork and then I just kind of get the bacon out of there maybe not all of it once I’ve laid out the bacon looks pretty good then I’ll just throw it in the oven all right the bacons done oh I’m excited look at I didn’t I looked horrible like a month and a half ago and I’ve been working out and eating right and this is the results oh there we go look at that oh my goodness look so good whoops let me show you the bacon hole it’s so nice so crispy oh my gosh that’s how you make a great keto snack for when you’re hungry on the go you could just take a piece of bacon and actually i’ll get you guys another video of another great snack of mine but uh basically that’s it see you guys
