2 Day Keto What I Eat – + Starbucks Low Carb Pumpkin Cold Brew


[Music] gonna be a few days of what I eat y’all so come along with me a be my accountability partner keep me on track I know let’s have to share it with y’all they don’t make better choices at least that’s the plan hey y’all hey Erica was time to shrink we are getting ready to head out on a soccer tournament weekend that’s pretty much our life in the well pretty much year-round that’s pretty much our life on the weekends but we’re heading out of town and I’m gonna bring you all along Jason and I are both kiddos so I’m gonna show you what we eat this is what I am prepping to take with us I’ve got some individual bags of Max pork rinds this is a thing of sausage big thing of sausage some cheese snacks this Intacct brand I really do like and then I have a couple keto farms keto snacks a spicy one which I have never had before and then a sweet one this strawberry Gouda one I really really like we’ve got some more cheese crunch things actually did not really care for these this was the everything spice one but I didn’t really care for it but maybe Jason will finish that bag off I always packed some of these sausages because they’re just easy and portable some nuts these would be for Jason and then we have just a plethora of bars Jason I’ll probably eat these and I’ll have these two I’ll probably step one more in and then this is a premier protein that I’m just taking in case little man wants it or I want it or Jason wants it I’ll probably take a couple of those I absolutely love this bag for travel y’all it’s from that 31 brand I don’t even know if they still make stuff I’m assuming they do but it’s super sturdy and then I have all of these inserts that I put in it so they all pull out all three of these pull out so I’ve got my cooler and these two other bags that pull out so I just I really really highly recommend these bags y’all and they’re super sturdy we use this non-stop and they never they never tear or break or have any problems we are also going to take I took some of these out of the freezer – pumpkin muffins and – berry muffins these will be great breakfasts or snacks or whatever then I always take a few of these salami and cheese snack things we all like these so these are great to have and then I always also take some nut pod this is the pumpkin spice one this is so good y’all then I take my own heavy cream usually if I think about it because the cream and Starbucks even has carrageenan in it and it really messes with my stomach then we’ve got some coke zeros for Jason and some Z vias he’ll probably take a bang I would guess he likes to have those on the car on the road and that is what we are packing it’s always way way more than we need for just a couple days I’d rather have more than not enough so this is what I’m packing all right y’all we are on the road I’ve got Jason and little man back there my other two just don’t think we’re that exciting anymore I guess they never want to go with us when we go out of town they always want to stay back and do their own thing which is fine so they’re staying back and we are heading to Charlotte we are gonna listen to some true crime y’all we have really been into true crime in the car lately y’all this time we’re trying a new one it’s called true crime obsessed episode one so we shall see what we think of this one if you have any great true crime podcast type things recommendations please let us know down below y’all we are loving it when we’re traveling it’s Friday night about 7:45 and I was just gonna have a little snack while we’re driving up to Charlotte I have never had this before this particular one and it is so good oh my gosh this tomato pepper jack is quite spicy it was little like sun-dried tomato bits and nuts and cheese puffs is really really legit like I liked the strawberry one but and kind of see what it looks like there let’s lick the dehydrated puffed up cheese and then some sun-dried tomatoes and some nuts so good oh my gosh try this show it is a little before 10 o’clock at night y’all we just got to the hotel room like I don’t know 20 minutes ago having a glass of wine to Wan down the evening and so I’m gonna check out for now Cheers good morning y’all it is Saturday morning it’s about 9:30 we are just getting up getting ready for the day and I just wanted to share y’all gonna have a pumpkin muffin and then venture down to get some coffee here in just a bit I’m not sure if there’s a Starbucks near where we are or not I’m gonna look into it if not I’ll do hotel coffee I don’t know eyes low Hotel coffee but we’ll see all right y’all are we are headed to the soccer game and I wanted to stop it Starbucks they have this pumpkin spice cold brew and I was super super intrigued so I got the original one this is the pumpkin cold brew it’s 31 carbs I won’t be drinking it but I’m totally tasting it let’s see oh my god that’s good Wow that is so good all right and then Jay Jason over here has holding this for me because I didn’t have enough hands but this is what I tried to recreate in a lower carb version I only used one pump of the pumpkin so that gives me just a handful of carbs and then I used some sugar-free syrup and I used the powder that they put on top doesn’t have carbs in so I use that also the pumpkin spice like powder so I’m going to set this them down and we’ll try that one oh my gosh that is amazing that’s really good I’m super psyched that I created a like dupe that’s yummy so good oh my gosh all yay okay so this is a grande cold brew one pump of pumpkin sauce two pumps sugar-free vanilla with heavy cream pumpkin topping and cinnamon powder topping and one Splenda and that’s what I put in this shawl oh my gosh that’s good it is hot it is so hot it is not fall in the South y’all oh my gosh [Music] nice garlic parmesan and hot we’re going to share all right y’all wheat why do I have to say all right y’all every single time we just got back to the hotel we’re just told your thing you have to say it again I’ve said I like 10 times today andrew says all right y’all is my thing so I should say it I feel like I say it way too much anyways we are back in the hotel you’ve got a few hours to kill we’re just gonna hang out I’m having a rough day just not feeling good I’m feeling super super achy so pajamas back on just gonna hang out here for a bit lunch was like yuck like I have never ordered chicken wings somewhere and like couldn’t eat them it was not good like we were we went on Yelp calm and just looked up wings and I picked a wing space it was like a bar that had like burgers and wings and fried stuff and Andrew and I got those wings that I showed y’all to split and like yuck I literally had one of the wings and that’s all I ate so I am now going to have some of these Duke shorty sausages is I feel like I need to get a little bit of protein in and I’m also working on exhibit is number two of the day y’all this has not been hunted hey y’all for picking restaurants we went to this super adorable diner tonight for dinner like it was super super cute 9 1960s 1950s I don’t know like a diner red and white milkshakes all that stuff well you know I’m sure the milkshakes were good but I can’t have that the burger patties oh it was gross I got like a hamburger steak actually my husband did and my son got a ribeye steak sandwich and neither of them ate the bread they were just gonna eat the middle out and I was going to have little bits of it oh so gross it was not good at all like I had one bite and you know if something’s not good and it’s not worth it yeah just not gonna eat it so I really haven’t had much to eat today y’all I had that pumpkin muffin and then I had those shorty sausages one chicken wing that’s it back in the room and you know it just is what it is I have you know my little bag over there on the bed all the snacks that I brought so I think I’ll probably have a perfect keto bar at least I’ll get a little bit of protein and some fat in me and that’s gonna round out my night I’m gonna have a glass of wine probably and go to bed it’s like 10 o’clock and we just got back from the diner so there’s really no time to go to somewhere else to get something to eat so I’m going to resort to my snack bag and I’m really glad I brought it at least so they boys did really really well they won both their games by like a landslide so they’re going to the finals tomorrow so I will see y’all tomorrow and hopefully who makes some better food choices tomorrow good Sunday morning y’all just waking up just grabbed a muffin this is a blueberry muffin that I had prepped this week and brought and forgot to show you all so it’s almost gone but it’s pretty tasty and Jason went to Starbucks and got me another one of those pumpkin cold brew low-carb pumpkin cold brew that I kind of created yesterday and so I’m sipping on that and eating this and getting started with today yo [Music] it’s Sunday afternoon it is hot in South Carolina y’all oh my gosh it’s hot game over they won the finals I think they won like six nothing like there wasn’t a whole lot of competition for them this weekend but I do not feel good today I have a headache I’m kind of dizzy I’m trying to hydrate y’all but I’m ready to get out of this Sun we’re gonna jump in the car here in a minute or I guess they got to get their awards and everything after they get their awards I’m gonna jump in the car and head home I was planning the meal prep this afternoon but it may push till tomorrow I don’t know so we just stopped for lunch y’all there’s this Plaza that has like a million different food options and Andrews really want in kiddo boo so he was able to get the queso and the ground beef and the corn tortillas so that works out for him I decided to go next door there was this Mediterranean place oh my gosh it was so delicious I got some meat shwarma to go it’s like a sandwich like Peter wrap and I just opened the wrap in a thin side out I had just a little bit out of it and oh my gosh it was delicious like I wish we had this restaurant at home I’m like I can’t get that taste the flavor out of my mouth out of my mind like it was delicious so it was basically just lamb and meat cut up thinly had some veggies in it some pickles and some tomatoes and some onions and thus the tzatziki type sauce oh my gosh so young and we are they’re having to be like a Costco here so we pulled up to get some gas and then we were gonna hit the road head home y’all but finally found some good food up here this has been a total miss week as far as finding good food until today this one was worth finding it’s about 4 o’clock y’all and we are still driving home listening to a really good podcast what was this one called 22 hours Tanya who do queen is sick stick this one on Instagram the other day and it is so good anyways we’re still driving home and I am having some of those key tooth Farms ketose snack mix I love this stuff it is so good y’all so good alright y’all Sunday evening we’ve been back home for a little bit I ended up eating the rest of that chicken swarm ax so it made two meals actually the inside of it and it was so good so good so that’s what I’m going to end my day of eating on and may have a few cheese list later tonight if I want something is only about 7 o’clock right now but that’s gonna end to my weekend of eating I kind of ate sporadically and just kind of went with the flow this weekend I probably did not get enough protein I probably shoulda thrown in a protein shake each day but I didn’t and I have not been tracking recently I’ve just been intuitively eating so I don’t know exactly where I ended up but I’m guessing I was a little low on party but anyways I hope you enjoyed this I will talk to you again
