2 Chia Pudding Recipes with Almond Milk & I AM ENOUGH Meditation | Soul in the Raw


hello everyone and welcome to Soul in the Raw. today we are gonna make two varieties of chia pudding and chia
pudding is a really awesome and fulfilling breakfast especially for
those of you who train or workout in any way and these recipes are coming from a
new program which I’m really excited about called “Deliciously Planty”. it’s
very clever and in the program you get a one-month whole food plant-based meal
plan including grocery lists and batch cooking guides as well as a four-part
video series that teaches you all the nutrients that you need to get on a
whole food plant-based diet and how to make them into delicious meals so the

link to these delicious recipes and now let’s go and make them close your eyes
with me for a moment and take a deep breath in. Let it out. I want you to bask in
the absolute knowing that you are enough even if there’s something that you
really want right now that you just can’t seem to figure out or get to
you’re still enough we are all enough and what makes us enough is just knowing
that we are on this journey it feels really good to just trust and know that
to know that we are enough and that we have everything right now to get to
exactly where we want to be. It may take time, it may take effort and a lot of
lessons along the way but regardless you are enough you’re beautiful enough
you’re smart enough you’re successful enough you have enough
and you are enough and I love you and I know that you’re enough so I hope that
you know it too take a deep breath and just give
yourself a big hug for me right now. I hope you’ve enjoyed these two delicious
