175 lbs to 171 lbs – Weight Loss Transformation


hello everyone and welcome back to all things gen so I just wanted to make this quick video well first and foremost I want to thank everyone who left comments in my last video thank you for your encouragement in your words I was feeling pretty down and it helps so much to read your comments but today’s video is about my wait progress and I wanted to inform you that I have lost an additional three pounds so my last weigh-in was I was 175 pounds and today I was at 175 yeah I was 175 and today I am 170 one point zero so I’ve lost actually it’s four pounds I’ve lost four pounds since my last weigh-in with you guys super happy about that because I was out of stand still for a little bit so this week has been a really good week because I actually lost the 4 pounds this week simply again by doing the same thing that I’ve been doing which is eating one meal a day and that one meal I am having it in the evening for dinner so I am skipping breakfast and I’m skipping lunch for the most part throughout the day what I do is drink coffee water but I do like fill myself up with liquids during the day and anything solid is only in that night time or evening time it’s what’s been working for me so I’m not complaining some 171 which means I’ll probably be in the 160s sometime this weekend or maybe next week I’m so looking forward to that but I will keep you guys updated and make sure that you let me know about your progress and I hope everyone had a great holiday Labor Day weekend last weekend I certainly did and I hope you guys have a nice weekend coming up too so take care and I’ll talk to you really really soon
