today’s recipe one carb waffle okay guys this is what you’ll need to make these delicious waffles I’m using a PE science snickerdoodle protein powder it is so good and I have some almond milk you can totally use water here and I have an egg and baking powder let’s get started I have to add in the protein powder and the baking powder I just give it a stir and then I’m going to add the egg and the milk and you just want to continue to mix it until you have the consistency of a waffle batter so slowly add the liquid see that’s still a little too thick so I’m going to add some more liquid now that looks good now we’re ready to make the waffles now I’m going to add the batter to the waffle iron it’s really hard doing this with one hand make sure I get all of it and I’m just gonna let it cook for about 3 minutes a so now it should be done Oh yum yum it comes right off guys look Oh God comes right off all right so I’m going to add a little bit of almond spread okay so I’ve added a spoonful of almond butter to tap off my waffle and some low-carb sugar-free syrup if you liked the recipe please visit my website it’s low-carb 360 calm as always I thank you all for watching
