you don’t know I’ve been on a ketogenic lifestyle basically for over a year now I’ve lost tons of weight I’ve reversed health conditions with this lifestyle and spend truly truly amazing and seriously been a blessing I also work from home so some of you guys if you see that I’m eating at home that’s basically what it is my kids have gone off to school and I’m starting my day I usually intermittent fast to about 1 o’clock I work out in the morning I took my pre-workout in the morning I do all that and I usually will have my first meal around 12:00 or 1:00 and I’ve been really looking for kind of I’ve been wanting to have more like a green smoothie I want to incorporate more vegetables because I don’t know about you but I sometimes just have a really hard time getting in the vegetables and I need and let’s be honest the carbs that we should really be coming from vegetables on keto so go figure I’ve been really looking for just a simple easy way and we were using this green superfood powder that we got from the health food store but it had a lot of carbs and it actually had a sweetener and I was like oh that’s not something I’m looking I’m not looking at and I kind of just might let my husband finish it because he liked it but I was searching high and low and I found this on Instagram this teeny greens is basically no sugar it’s low carb and it’s basically a superfood power blend and you can make smoothies with it and you can make low carb options and that’s really something I’ve been looking forward to because like I said either I find something that is good for you but has high carbs because there’s additives there’s really no additives in here it has matcha spirulina wheatgrass it’s 100% vegan GMO free gluten free and it has 13 superfood ingredients so it’s gonna have your spinach or kale it’s going to have all the different greens that you need and I found this and I decided to partner up with teeny because I’ll tell you I’m very selective with who I work with but I’ve been drinking this for at least I’d say at least a good three weeks and I’ve been feeling a difference just in my energy and I really really like that I’m getting in my greens because I don’t know about you but if you’re just busy and you’re on the go I’m not saying that smoothies aren’t hard to make this is so easy I’m gonna show you how I make this actually I’m filming this after I’ve already made it and I just shook it up now you can use a blender but I just kind of shook it up you know and it blends really nicely so I was really shocked when I started using this number one at the taste it actually tastes really good I put stevia in it to give a little bit of sweetness but it’s nice and earthy it tastes like you know you would think it would taste really gross because it has vegetables but actually tastes really smooth really creamy I love the shake and I’ll show you how I’ve made this shake I love the shake that I make with it I know other people put fruit juice nan keto people do different things with it but this is under two carbs and I’m getting in a ton of veggies and a ton of superfoods so I’m really fan of this and I definitely think that it’s worth it I definitely think if you want a little bit of a shortcut because I’m kind of all about the shortcuts sometimes you know when it comes to you know my pre-workout or comes to you know getting in my greens there’s nothing wrong with that so I’ll show a I made this it’s my way of getting my vitamins my antioxidants my four to five servings of vegetables every day and it’s great because again it’s low carb thank you so much TV for partnering up with me on this video I really really enjoy this product I absolutely love it it’s a great way for me to get in my greens and guys I think you’ll absolutely love it so I have more information in the description box below and let’s jump in and let’s see what else I ate besides these lovely shape but I’ll show you how I made it so let’s go let’s go see I made it this is what I use to make my Kido green shake it’s pretty basic pretty simple it’s basically the tea me greens and it’s silk almond milk which I really like I like the forty calorie one and then it’s a few drops of the better stevia you can use any kind of liquid stevia you want but I keep it simple and this is the cup that I use as a cup of came with and just proof that I’ve actually used this like it’s green trust me I use this and it’s halfway gone I wanted to make sure I actually have a whole other one so I definitely wanted to make sure I enjoyed this thoroughly before I shared it with you guys so you basically just take one scoop of the green powder and again this powder is full of superfoods it has the matcha tea has the spinach has a spirulina it has broccoli it has so many good good ingredients what I’m going to do is I’m going to put in a little bit of the almond milk I’m going to put in a few drops of the stevia not too much because Steve is pretty sweet and the throw in the ice on top and what I like about this container here now you can make a shake in your you know you could do this in your Vitamix or whatnot what I like about this is you can actually just shake it up in your teenager blender so I’m gonna add a little bit of water and then I’m gonna add just a little bit more on the milk because I like mine creamy and it doesn’t look like it’s going to blend but it does you’ll be really surprised how easily this blends just with your teeny cup and not a blender so again you choose to do what you want to do I like to just get it quickly in the cup and quickly down the hatch okay so this is the final product you’ll see I shake it for about I’d say about a minute and those marks are just from the ice so you’ll see it really blend smoothly and I like it it goes down the hatch really smooth the almond milk is it’s just a really nice texture so I’m gonna be getting in my greens and this is gonna be my first little kind of meal of the day but I’ll show you what else I’m gonna eat throughout the day so let’s see okay it’s coming up on lunch and I took a bunch of things out of the refrigerator I get asked a lot of questions about what I eat for lunch especially because we do our batch cooking like we batch cook a bunch of eggs well pre wash and pre-cut you know cucumbers and berries and so because I work from home I’ll just have them in the fridge but you can also put them in like a ziploc container and make your own lunch bento boxes I have an entire video on that but I like to just have them here and I’ll just kind of make a little snacky plate today I’ll also be preparing the dinner for tonight right after I’m done with this getting out the crock-pot I like to get the you know the dinner ready while my kids are still in school so when they come home by the way there is really really hungry I will just have everything ready for them when they come home usually within like an hour to two hours so I usually like to have about 3 to 4 eggs and I’m going to have some olives some pickles some cut-up cheese some berries and some dry roasted almonds I got these from Costco and I also have wanted some of these smoked shorty sausages I got from Costco I also like the Blue Diamond ones but these don’t have any other ingredients they’re just dry roasted and they’re crunchy and they’re salty it’s really really good I really like snacky plates if I’m at home and I also like to put them in like I said bento boxes because it’s just easy so make up a couple things prep a couple things and then just throw it in a bento box you know Tupperware container or just have a plate when you’re at home and I like to just get it all in my pretty much my first real meal of the day other than that smoothie and then later we’re gonna have some meatballs so let’s make this up and let’s have some lunch [Music] so dinner tonight is a big ol batch of batch cooked meatballs I basically am doing this a little bit earlier than I’m showing you right after I had lunch I took my meatballs and I threw them into the crock pot with some homemade marinara sauce that I defrosted in the fridge and I’m just gonna heat these on low while I work for the rest of the day and then i’ma grab my kids and we’re gonna have dinner my boys still eat pasta but I do love to enjoy my Italian food so I’m going to have about 4 of these meatballs top with mozzarella cheese some Parmesan cheese and I’m going to be making a side salad for myself as well as my family I’m just showing you here the salad that is super easy to make guys it’s just lettuce and cucumber sometimes I’ll throw some olives and I love to make my own dressing with my D Huez honey mustard with a little bit of apple cider vinegar just like half and half of each mix it all together and throw it on top of your salad and you have a delicious easy salad dressing I’m really picky with salad dressings and this one really hits the spot so this is what’s for dinner today leftovers with a fresh salad on the side like I’m always talking about in our back cooking like a boss show [Music] okay so it’s the end of the night and I want to show you what I’m having is a little snack I do like to buy these quest bars they’re kind of pricey so I do like to cut them up and they’re for net carbs per bar 20 grams of protein what I do is I cut them up into either five pieces or four pieces and let the chocolate brownie I swear when you cut it and you cut it into like a smaller shape I don’t know what is the consistency just reminds me of tootsie rolls so what I like to do is just cut these up into smaller bite-sized pieces and then store them in a ziploc bag and then I have a little treat for different nights of the week when I need it and this one especially the chocolate hazelnut as well as the chocolate brownie they really satisfy my craving so I’m just gonna have one little piece of this and I’d say it’s just a little bit under one car because one whole bar like I said is actually for net carb so what does this may be 0.75 so I’m gonna enjoy one of these put the rest away and that’s it for tonight guys I’m not kidding I have to get on camera to show you that I’m actually drinking this mmm it’s so smooth you know I got a little scared at first when I put it in and check it up and like oh it’s not going to shake up it’s going to be kind of powdery and gross but see my lipstick on there that’s stevia just gives it the right amount of sweetness and the unmilled is that the right amount of creaminess and the ice guys I could drink this honestly in like 30 seconds so I honestly think you need to check this out mmm and I’m so happy I found the solution because I really needed it I absolutely needed something like this in my life and it was like the missing link you know I have my pre-workout and my protein powder have my collagen and I’m not saying you need all that but this was the missing link I was missing green smoothies I just couldn’t get myself to blend up celery and spinach and especially on keto you don’t have a lot of options with fruit so and I’d like my smoothie to be green I don’t know I don’t know about you but I don’t want beep purple from berries and stuff like that anyway but this is sweet enough that it gives me that sweet satisfaction mmm and it’s creamy enough that it goes down real real nice so guys I’m really not lying this stuff is really good I’ve seen other people make videos like this and they’re all drinking mmm really good watching [Music] [Music] you
