that’s a blue carbon on this live episode I’m gonna do how I do keto macros for keto weight loss the keto diet macros super super simple to calculate and I can do it on my 66 pound weight loss with keto and intermittent housing anyone can do it so I’m literally sitting here I was calculating and I was like why don’t I just do a quick live on how I do my keto macros so super simple I’m going to put it after I’m done with this live the website on counts of low carb calm my daily blog for all things keto and intermittent fasting I’m gonna put it down the link below how I actually get my a number of fat protein and net carbs some people have calories I don’t per dr. Fung studies I don’t count net carbs excuse me I jump I do count net carbs I don’t count calories because dr. Fong it’s all about insulin management and so people who are using calories as a basis will debate me on it but I just refer to dr. thongs way of eating and how he suggests to do calories which is not tracking them so I have my macros my fats my net carbs my proteins and then so for today it’s Sunday it’s the weekend day I literally today’s a keto eating day and I do fasting days and I do keto days this is a full day of keto eating I went out for a date breakfast a date lunch with my hot husband and so I literally wanted to focus in on him I did not pre-prep what I was eating sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t so I literally just came home I went on my fitness talk on my laptop down there and I figured out how much my fat was how much my protein was and how much my net carbs were right and so now it just becomes kind of a puzzle of figuring it out of my fat was 48 grams my protein was 23 grams and my not carbs were 7 grams and I’m allowed I follow 20 net grams excuse me 20 net carbs per day which is carbohydrates – fiber equals net carbs and so I had a salad and had some cheese on it I had some blue cheese dressing and I had a coffee with a teaspoon of heavy cream in it so this tells me with my 48 grams of fat for my personal macros I majorly need you up my fat for the rest of the day and make sure I’m weary of seven net carbs this early in the day is I need to monitor that and we have 13 net carbs for the rest of the day to eat off of I’m making noise I want to make a Quito eggplant parmesean for dinner tonight so I’m calculating out now how much of that I can eat so I can plan accordingly and I don’t screw myself later on than the day of running out of macros which has definitely happened to me even being a professional if I run out of food and I’m like crap now this is a keto eating day some people do fasting days and on fasting days I don’t eat all of my macros I will eat the percentage of a high fat moderate protein low carb day on fasting days but I won’t eat my macros but on an actual keto day of where like I’m eating like a meeting and a not like a meeting I’m not fasting I’m eating this is how I do it literally pen a paper and I’ll just take a picture of it usually when I’m out oh that’s the other thing is when I’m out at a restaurant I take a picture of my food and then that way I don’t forget like oh yeah there’s cheese on there oh yeah there was blue cheese crumbles like I don’t want to forget that stuff because that’s gonna Jack with my macros and for me that will lead to weight gain if I’m not calculating my specific amounts for me this is what works it’s easy peasy lemon squeezy a lot of y’all use apps which I do I have that my fitness how app on my phone which I’ll easily calculate but I am a tactile person and I’ll just throw this away I’ll take a picture of it throw it away and then that’s how I’ll keep track of it throughout the day but this for me is super simple just to figure it out on my keto eating days and this is how I’ve lost 66 pounds literally this right here pull up my laptop figuring out so if I can do it anyone can do it but I wanted to show the process that I use for figuring out my macros because it can get complicated and for the naysayers out there of all of you don’t need to eat this much know you all on your and on fasting days you probably won’t hit all of your macros and that’s great just make sure it’s high fat moderate protein low carb which is the keto definition so anyways my friends that’s what I’ve got today I just wanted to show the process of how I do my macros if you like this video make sure you click like make sure you click Subscribe and check out the website below I’ll put it in red as soon as I hang up the phone on this I’ll put the website down in the comments below in the description of how I specifically get my keep my macros number love you all have a great day bye
