🔴Dr Boz Ratio explained, Ketones + Glucose Explained and BozMD.com introduced!

all right hi everybody welcome to Sunday night it is 6 o’clock Central Standard Time so that’s what time I go live on Sundays to just answer questions about my keeo genic diet and the journey that I’m on so let me just start by introducing myself I’m dr. Bosworth and I am an internal medicine physician I have been on a very interesting journey after writing a book and me after writing a book and wanted to share the stuff that I learned in the year of 2015-2016 2016 when my mom got really sick and as an internist I was studying how to repair brains faster I came across the ketogenic diet and was actually kind of embarrassed at how little I knew about it it was doing a whole bunch of the research and studying and looking into it trying to chase down the stuff I did in the research and studying and looking into it trying to chase down the stuff I didn’t know and boy I had a an amazing lesson in what happens when you put your head down and your blinders on and read only the stuff that comes across your your desk without diving into literature so ketogenic diet is something that I was amazed how much research is out there one of the most fascinating parts that captured me was what happened to kids who have seizures and this is probably the only place in medical school I heard about the ketogenic diet was that if you put them on a ketogenic diet it could reduce seizures I was tall taught that it’s too too restrictive for most people to follow but there was a cohort of seizure kids who were put on a ketogenic diet followed for many many years and now at autopsy another dying of older age one of their autopsies came across a report that was just an amazing looking brain this led me to dive into some of the more powerful up-to-date information that says no no we know a lot about how a ketone can impact the function of your brain so anyway that was 2015 I then had a unfortunate bill of health for my mom who had been on had cancer for over ten years and her report had gotten worse I then used the information in the ketogenic diet to walk her through a very delicate chapter in her life which we thought she wasn’t gonna make it but the story uses the notes that I kept for her and then I turned it into telling her story which is incredibly compelling and having never written a book before it turned out really amazing so since then this has grown into an incredible journey and Sunday’s are when I talk about some questions and how to help patients along the way or help people along the way for information so let’s start by doing some things I am NOT thank you if you’ve watched any of these I’m not overly seasoned about how to do this but I’ll tell you it’s incredibly encouraging to see you chirp in and tell me where you’re from so if you put your name or just tell me where you’re from and then if you’ve read the book that’s awesome to hear about I can’t tell you I am a self-published author and there are some things I’m gonna point out tonight that if it weren’t for you I couldn’t have done so I’m just gonna say thank you ahead of time for those of you that bought the book and for heaven’s sakes write an Amazon book review I had no idea no idea how important those were so I have a few things for tonight I’m gonna start by backing up a little bit because last week I went through some pretty heavy science on why I fast I start my fast on Sunday and then I post numbers along the way and I’ve had lots of folks reach out and say why do you do that what are you communicating if you live in my town and you want to learn about the ketogenic diet I invite you to come to a free question-answer that I hold every Wednesday morning from 8:00 to 9:15 and it’s in the morning 8 to 9:15 in the morning I’ve had people show up in the p.m. but it is a way to say if you’ve read the book it sure helps it’s not mandatory but if you don’t know what a ketone is and you show up in that group it’s kind of overwhelming so either watch a few YouTube videos or read the book but if you’re in my community I have folks come in and I answer questions for how they might be doing and some put out some myths about a ketogenic diet so half after doing that I’ve learned that if I post my numbers along the way it’s incredibly encouraging to the patients who are too scared to do things like poke their finger for the first time or post these numbers so I use a lot of the rules that I taught my mom as she was going through her ketogenic journey and one of them is to measure both your ketones and your glucose well last week I’m gonna use this slide behind me last week I went through a ketogenic diet and why I checked take the glucose and I divide it by the ketones now there’s a much more complicated equation out there called a glucose ketone index but if you’re in America it means you have to convert the glucose to a different unit of measurement before you can compare the two numbers and I’ll be honest my mom was too sick when we were doing this to really keep those numbers to do all that math so we simplified it and I call it the the glucose ketone ratio so I had a lot of pushback saying why don’t you use the gki and I do use that but when I’ve when I’m teaching to the masses when I’ve got a bigger audience like this I think this was simpler and then the other question is why do I do that and then I had gone through last week how important it was to realize that long before your sugar is high people check their morning sugars and say I’m fine my sugar was a hundred my sugar was 98 and in my mind I’m like that’s too high that’s too high you shouldn’t have a fasting sugar that high now like hey the textbook says that I’m okay and what I was trying to show last week and if you didn’t get a chance to watch it it’s an incredibly valuable test called the Kraft insulin and test at Kraft insulin assay is actually what they call it and that just was evidence to show you that long before your sugar will rise your insulin is going to go up really high so you say how do you know if your insolence I in order to know if your insolence I you’re gonna have to go get an insulin test but that’s a big barrier for a lot of people when you have home glucose monitors that we can measure glucose and ketones I was trying to show you that if you use this ratio you can have a pretty good understanding on whether or not your insulin has been high we call this insulin resistance and it’s a powerful little equation that you can do on your own you do not need a doctor’s prescription to do this you do need a glucose monitor and in the show notes I’ll put you the one that I use and I’ve fumbled through and kind of stumbled on a lot of them that don’t work as well currently I like this one Britt really well and so you can look at that in the show notes but what’s amazing is I people do a fasting glucose and they say hey my glucose is 70 my glucose is 80 can I then say for sure my insulin is low and the answer is you can do that if you check both your glucose and your ketones that are found in your blood now if you’re brand new to the ketogenic diet I do not recommend that you do this most of my patients in fact my mom and I when we first journey down there we did not check blood ketones for over six months it wasn’t until he ran into some troubles and she got much sicker that we said I think we need to measure this at a higher level and then we weren’t great about it we checked it for a while then we back off then we check it for a while may back off but what we learned was that if you check your blood ketone numbers and your blood glucose numbers and you get these ratios you can have a lot more confidence that your body is getting a lower level of insulin and that special thing called Auto Fuji I have a whole video on Auto Fuji and why that’s so important for somebody my mom was going through cancer and we really needed her body to step it up into that cleanup mode but since then I’ve done a lot of education on how important it is that you repair debris that’s been in your brain so if you are looking for how do you prevent dementia how do you really mop up some of the obesity problems that you’ve accumulated over the years I talk about my dad who’s has heart failure and a kidney function that’s in the twenty two percent range and how much we’ve been able to ignite his autop I and so I’m gonna quick go through the numbers again because I think it’s so important to realize what I was trying to say last week I had a lot of people confused saying how do I check my insulin how do I check my insulin I’m like you gotta go to the doctor to check the insulin if you want to check this on your own at home you’re gonna need a monitor that checks both glucose and ketones and you do not need a prescription to do this you can biohack this you can do this okay I’ll show you so this is what we’re checking we’re taking glucose blood glucose and we’re dividing it by ketones and if you’re just looking for weight loss we want that number to be less than 80 do I think you’ll get a lot of autop of G at that point you’ll get a little bit but you know you will get a weight loss if you can get the ratio of your kidney of your glucose divided by your ketones to be 80 or less the second one I looked into was that if you can reach a ratio of 40 we know that that’s really good for boosting immune systems it’s really good if you’re looking at you know skin rejuvenation or I’ve got I’ve got some teenagers with acne who have said well how do you know what goal should I reach for for for them and again they’re my kids under my care so be careful how you extrapolate that but if somebody has an autoimmune problem Crohn’s disease has psoriasis I’m trying to get their ratio to be forty or less and typically when I fast I’m trying to fast until I reach a ratio of 40 and some people get there pretty easily but I was pretty insulin resistant I didn’t know it but I was and this has really turned out to be a very powerful goal for me as soon as I hit 40 then I can break my fast sometimes I feel pretty good and I don’t break my fast the last thing that we went through last week is when they were when my mom was really sick we were trying to get a ratio where her glucose / ketones was less than 20 so I’ve had lots of question questions come in this week saying do you need to keep it that way all the time well when she was really sick we were trying to keep it that way all the time but I I wouldn’t recommend that that that’s really difficult you should probably be under a physician’s supervision if you’re trying to reach that goal when now my mother is on chemotherapy and she is doing really well so when she does her we’re trying to get to a goal that she fast until she reaches a ratio of 20 and then she just goes back to her ketogenic diet and when she’s in ketosis just doing her normal ketones the numbers are a lot higher they’re closer to a ratio of 60 or 70 but that’s kind of where she’s hanging out these days she is on chemotherapy she is she started that book when she was 71 she’s now 74 and we’re using the ketogenic diet to help her keep her vitality alive and also help the chemo do a better job of helping her cancer so I think that was really important to go through that again I had so many questions saying how do I measure my insulin how do I measure my insulin and I’m trying to show you that you can use this as a substitute for saying well did I reach autophagy did I get there and this is how I I estimate that in fact there is a slide over here is that it is showing you that if you if you hit a ratio of 80 that you might get into otology that’s where I push my weight loss patients to go if you get to a ratio of 40 or less you probably have a pretty good solid chance of getting into auto Fiji we can’t measure otology either it’s not something where we can send you to the lab and get and get a measurement but we can look at these ratios or those that glucose ketone index and make a pretty good estimate when my mom was getting hers down into the 20s I’m I have lots of confidence that she’s hitting her getting otology and boy you can tell it when you look at her she looks amazing she’s really kind of reversed her age and again her energy her brain her all of the stuff that went wrong in the book when we talked about it has really continued to improve all right so I am going to do another announcement tonight a couple announcements first of all I wasn’t planning on being so popular and I had made a website to put my blog on that was not great it was actually kind of awful but it was I parked my blog and I didn’t care much and it had lots of mistakes but it was just this place I could send patients and you could just I didn’t clean it I didn’t put as much energy into it as I needed to and then one day my my YouTube got popular of my Facebook got popular and I kind of crashed my website so I’ve had to put some energy into this to say here is a little better answer but what I also think happens is that I wanted to show you some things that matter to me and just say thank you to the people who’ve helped me with this and that’s you you if you’ve read the book anyway you can’t and this is again I am a self-published author and the only way that I get sales is if somebody leaves a book review on Amazon or shares it on social media so I just want to say thank you for those of you that have done that I’ve made that the star place I don’t know if you can see this but the book reviews when you leave a review you get to be featured on the the website it keeps the most recent reviews there so I just really say thank you so much for doing that so again you can see this this review came in on December 6 it’s kind of scrolling through and Pat left this one I just think it is one of the best ways I read all of those reviews it’s so helpful for me as a first-time author to hear that what an impact this has made on you I am working to try and try to have a schedule that allows me to do more writing and to do some more of this because it’s just been such a positive and rewarding experience for me I keep thinking I have you know something like 70,000 people on my YouTube channel now and if every single one of those would buy a book I would be able to do a lot more writing so if you’re looking for a good Christmas gift this year you might want to give this book to somebody there’s a shameless plug huh anyway so I just gonna show you some of the other things there on this website because I think it’s super helpful I get a lot of people reaching out for some of the resources and I tried to organize them in a way on this Facebook page or on this website to help you understand what I’m doing what my schedule is every week trying to get information out to people and to answer questions so you can subscribe here’s a just a couple of rows of the more than forty articles that I’ve posted on this website again they weren’t very organized they’re a little bit better now and if you give me a couple more weeks I’m this is a work in progress I have a few things that I want to point out I have some cartoon characters that I used to teach we have our superhero fat which is a skinny strong person trying to show you that it is amazing how important that is to the health of our bodies and as much as we demonize it in my brand and in my website he is very very important you’ll also see some ketone bodies floating around the website and again that’s another way for me to say look what they do you’ll see them in several of my videos that I post using them as kind of a teachable tool to get a message from my brain out to the world let’s see here’s how all my patients will look when they’re healthy and happy but also just Instagram is the place where I post all of my my numbers when I do fasting again I try to get to a ratio of 40 so if you say well I don’t look good on Instagram or I don’t follow that if you just go to the website on the bottom you’ll see the latest in the numbers and again I try to just give you a snapshot of where those are at and why I’m doing that I’m trying to hit a ratio of 40 every time I fast and I’m totally human I screwed this up in fact there was a really great question over the past week saying doc I’m in my 60s can I do this and I keep thinking is there anything that I know where patients couldn’t fast for 12 hours and as an internal medicine doctor with 20 years of helping people with chronic illness I still can’t think of one one time where the patient couldn’t go 12 hours without eating that there’s not anything that I can think of that you know you’ll see me fast for 48 hours if I’m really praying hard about something I’ve got something strong on my heart that I’m fasting for I can get to 72 hours but and I’ve done one where it’s been eight days but it really screws up my family life when I do that but the point I’m making is that people are like am I too old for this can I do this and the two answers I have for people are I can’t think of a thing can’t think of one medical condition where you couldn’t fast for 12 hours there’s just that’s not you can and that’s that’s normal that’s normal living the other the other part that is powerful is when you have the power to look if you say well my blood sugar got down to 50 I feel fine but am i doing okay those kind of questions first of all I get so excited to see that people are following this on their own that’s empowerment you can learn how to do this so sugar of 50 if you’re ketones are you know 2 or 3 that’s great if you’re ketones aren’t 2 or 3 though if they’re like 0.3 you’re gonna feel terrible you’re not gonna feel good so you know you can say just listen to your symptoms on answering some of those questions or you can say check your numbers that’s gonna be you know case in point number one I’ve got a couple more things I want to go through here so there’s a few things on here I just want to make sure that you take notice of I have a message just to kind of a greeting if they’ve never met me if this they’re coming to this a different way it’s interesting to read it if you want to but this is a place I’d like you to take a look at and it’s called interviews with our dr. Bosworth I have a lot of folks reaching out to me asking me questions about a little more background story and I have my four favorite interviews that I’ve done over the last year as the four top interviews on this part of the page if you want to get to know more about me I’ve done mission work and I do a lot of service work in my community and I get people asking questions about that but if you want to do this the fastest way for me it’s a before you send me a question read the book it’s amazing how much you can learn in this book it does have it does really answer a lot of questions but if you’re trying to get to know me on a level that’s probably not going to be in these pages you can take a look at these four interviews so the first four are done by the aikido woman she is just great she tries to highlight women doing you know trying to do brave things and the first two are my story and then the third one is I did an interview as she was my patient I just said if you were my patient this is what I do so it’s a really great teachable podcast if you have any migraines or any headaches or sleep issues it’s just a really informative podcast but then the fourth one down is my the two keto dudes are somebody that I refer to all the time I tell patients if you want to learn about the ketogenic diet this podcast is so relational it is very very similar to how I talk how I teach patients and these two gentlemen have done an outstanding job of telling their story and using their journey of each losing nearly oh I think it’s over a hundred pounds each of them have lost but really kind of diving into how they they’re not doctors they’re just sharing their story and they really gather resources and really great speakers to answer some of the myths that are out there and I would just encourage you if you’re looking for a great educational resource to keto dudes is amazing so I was almost like starstruck when they asked me to be on their pod podcast last week last month and said yes and heartbeat did but they do really great work I would just give all the support you can to listening to them in fact when patients come in and say how do I learn more about this if they have foggy brain I’ll have them try to listen to my book or go to my the playlist on YouTube that goes through the book chapters if they can if they’re feel like they’re strong enough to read and I mean that like some people’s brains are just so wilted they’re not able to concentrate that well I’ll have them read the book but then I send them to the podcast and you just get to hear these two guys talking about their struggles and what they’ve kind of you know gone into and they are really good about teaching up how to cook so those are some of my favorites there these next two tabs are just two areas of the blog the next thing that I put on there were some of my favorites and again I’ve only put a few things up there but I get a lot of requests about what I recommend for certain it’s just a little slower here they’re going for certain things there’s three things on there that on the first rail that I go through I’ve talked a lot about ketones in a can and again when I’m trying to get ketones higher when I’m trying to get patients to who’ve fallen off the wagon if I have eggnog and I need to like get my brain back into that feeling good I’ll have I’ll have what think we call ketones in a can this is the first supplement that I’ve ever made but it has it turned out really good my kids we don’t have sports drinks in our house they take this to school when they’re going up for wrestling practice or going to for a training this is what I give my kids the other part that I really like this is if I’m having a tough day I’ll mix the powder with a cream like heavy whipping cream and just to have a small dose but it’s really tasty and it’s got heavy ketones in it with some good fat I’ve just found that to be a great antidote for anytime I’ve fallen off the wagon or I just don’t feel good or I’m looking for a boost so that’s on this pipe page – the second thing I talk about is the the the glucometer that I’ve kind of put my heart behind this this is one of the ones where I really can use a strip one time and I get a number unfortunately when you get into testing blood you can really see an expense that comes along with it I’ve spent I’ve probably brought 15 in these glucometers trying to figure out which ones are the best ones and I like to take pictures of both the ketones and the glucose at the same time so in the last probably two months I’ve really got behind for a care who even though the strips are more expensive than some of the other ones out there I don’t have to use four strips to get me a ketone number so I’ve just found that to be very reproducible so the last thing is is I talked a lot about pinky tones and I had one of you actually teach me that anybody can do this that if you have become an affiliate for Amazon I put that on my website these are the urine ketone strips and if you click on it from my website apparently somewhere in the future I get paid a few pennies but not happened yet but they tell me that’s how this works so I encourage you if you it was not that hard of a process to go through and become an affiliate but when you do that it does kick a few pennies apparently I haven’t gotten them yet back to me these are just some other snacks that I put on there and I’ll talk more about those on another podcast but the last thing I go through is this tab right here the audiobook was something that again I wasn’t planning on recording this myself but I did and I found a great idea by I’m a huge audiobook fan and in my book there’s a lot of images and so what I did was I put the images for the book if you listen to the audiobook and you’re like I don’t know if she’s talking about this chart and I can’t remember it I put the images to that on my website so I’ll just kind of go through a few of them cuz I think they’re fun this is grandma rose and my son and this was on a chemotherapy day it’s actually the picture that’s on the front of the book and she may have a smile on her face here but she was really sick here so she was overweight I don’t know if you can really see it in this picture very well but she her skin was so thin and this was probably about a year before she started on the ketogenic diet so what happened next was this is the front of the book and that’s grammar rose at the end that’s grandma rose on it’s the February of 2018 when the book came out so but here’s here’s what you really care about so when you get to the book it says over here chapter one and then it just tells you a little bit about the title of it but you can flip through and find the chapter you know this is chapter three is chapter four chapter 5 chapter 6 so the images that come from the book are all in here and I find that it’s been really useful for people who have like audio books but just need to refer back to those images so I find that on this website as well so there’s also just some basics about key tones if you ever need copy 4 how do you explain this to somebody you can go to this website copy and paste these words it’s just kind of a way I summarized the facts about ketones last but not least is something that I created for my patients and I’ve just found several people who wanted this it’s called a ketone food guide it looks like it’s not much of anything in fact when people get it they’re like yeah I’m not sure this does anything and then I’ll usually get a message about a month later so what I tell them is this is a behavior change that we’re trying to create in your life and just to like if I was helping somebody get rid of booze or get rid of you know a drug addiction or change a sleeping habit or change an exercise habit you’re gonna change a little bit and then you’re gonna some of those bad habits are gonna sneak back in and you’re gonna go back and change a little more and you’re gonna sneak it back in and as I’ve guided patients for over 20 years one of the most important parts of a changed habit is to tune in to the times when they’re making decisions so this food guide has two tulu components to it one is a magnet that should go on your fridge and again you’re not gonna be perfect you know if people say you know can you ever go off the ketogenic diet I’m like hang out with me I screw this up I go off and then I get back on or I you know it’s called compliance just like do you take your medicine perfectly every day I know you’re human that’s gonna you’re gonna mess it up and then get it right and mess it up so what this does is it helps you go from all right here’s a minimum threshold for being on a ketogenic diet you don’t have to be perfect but if you can step through the good better best in the different categories of food I’ve just found you’re never gonna pull all this in your brain at one time but if you can step into these change behaviors by having these two guides in places where you’re going to remember so one is a food guide that is a magnetic representation of the information and actually one of the best things I’ve seen done is have it posted in people’s workplaces because if you have co-workers and they start asking you questions about the ketogenic diet and if you’re kind of like like my mom and I were we were like not ready to answer questions at first like just leave me alone I’m trying to figure this out don’t ask me to order questions and part of that was just getting all of this information in your head but one of them is well what can you eat on this and you can eat a lot of things so compliance with this isn’t nearly as hard as I thought it would be and the longer I’m on it the more I realize I’m much more satisfied from my food than I used to be but this guy it says here’s here’s the here’s the minimum criteria to be on a ketogenic diet but the better you get movemove up your choices over time and I think you know there’s a section on alcohol in there there’s a section on vegetables on there’s even fruit for all those people that have the hate confidence on light fruit video it’s the the this is a graduated improvement and so the food guide is meant for one to go on your fridge and the other one is this kind of really strong paper that goes in your purse so when you go grocery shopping you can say I don’t remember what I’m supposed to eat I can’t remember and then they make really bad decisions and then those bad decisions get in their cupboards and that’s where they fall completely off the wagon so these food guides are meant to just say don’t expect this to be this rocket science day one what if this is is helping you with the journey figure out where you’re at on the good better best and try to take it to the next level over time and I’ve just found that I’ll get messages about a month later saying I put this on my fridge I thought it wasn’t doing anything and then I noticed that my kids are making better decisions and that my husband regret it or that my co-worker read it and so it’s amazing how you just trickle that information out and not such enough noxious way that it does get better so that’s just a brief tour of my website I am very thankful for the people who helped me get it going it’s not perfect yet it’s still working progress but at least this is one place where these resources are all in one place there’s two of the things I want to cover actually three other things so six o’clock is one on Central Time is when I do these live videos and I am usually telling you about what my goal is for fasting this week and why I’m fasting I do that as a way for you to see that that’s important when you fast is that I don’t recommend that my patients fast for really long periods of time I want pocket of fasting and then back onto a ketogenic diet pocket of fasting back onto a ketogenic diet and the success is related to their why why are you doing this so this week I I have I have a different plan that I’m gonna do this week instead of having fasting I’ll fast until I get to my 40 but then this week I’m going to try to do time restricted eating and I’m gonna talk about that next week on next Sunday’s next Sunday’s video so I’m gonna fast until I get to 40 and my why this week is I have a big deal on Friday a couple weeks ago I was praying for something that was gonna happen on Tuesday and that got postponed to this week so I’m gonna restart my my focus I can’t fast till Friday though so I’m gonna fast until I get to 40 and a my ratio 40 and then we’ll go from there so the other thing that I wanted people to know about is that I do two other things that I think might be useful for you if you go on to Facebook you’ll see that at 7 p.m. on Sundays I have a couple of folks who have asked for help on the ketogenic diet and I consult with them live on Facebook I answer their questions and I walk them through lots of the typical questions that people have on a ketogenic diet but it’s very specific they have these questions I’m answering them and I’ve consulted with them off of the live times but also I think that the questions and answers that they’re looking for would be I mean they’re so useful so helpful so if you if you follow me on facebook you can see that live starting at 7 p.m. if you don’t follow me on Facebook you you could but you could also go directly to the person who reached out to me and said hey would you help me lose weight would you help me get off of this plateau and her name is Jen and the other person right now in the Sunday night consults are her husband John and if you type in my Kido no excuse me kitto friendly recipes on facebook you’ll see that she posts that interview live every Sunday night at 7:00 so I’ll be doing that as soon as I get in with this I think it’s great though it’s been really I have a lot of people reach out to me saying can you help consult on a ketogenic diet and there’s no way I can see all those people but I do think that interfaces like this or what I’ve got to put some energy into I have talked with another man who is 69 years old and he is embarked on the ketogenic diet and once he wanted some help so I said I’ll help you if we can do this live and to have that your questions are very similar to what my parents questions were and lots of my patients and I just think if we can use that as a teachable moment for patients to for people to see these these these are tackle problems I don’t I don’t know how that’s gonna go and I you know we’ll see how well he likes it but that’s coming as well if you tuned in to my facebook page or excuse me my website which is I don’t think I’ve said this one time baaz MDB ozm decom if you go on and you sign up for the newsletter which I haven’t even sent one out yet but I’m gonna and especially as I embark on one of these patient consult video feeds I think it’d just be would be incredibly helpful for people who are asking questions and who do want to learn more about this diet to say if you’re willing to do this live let’s see how this goes so the final thing is is that I had another person reached out to me saying your book helped me so much I would like to go through chapter by chapter on this book and just give another awareness for what this book unfolds she has an incredibly compelling story a couple it’s been married I think she said 40 years and her husband’s blood sugar was 600 600 and they started on the ketogenic diet and they used the book as a way that they learned how do you how do you get through this and just found it very compelling very easy to read and very easy to understand why she was doing it so we I think we’re on chapter 11 this week we try to do Tuesdays and Thursday nights it’s just a 20-minute segment on Facebook it’s just a quick review of the chapter but you can join me and watch that on Facebook as well I was just trying to give a way of saying here are the resources I have I have lots of folks asking questions out there please please if you have questions read the book first it really does answer a lot I think the audio book turned out the best I recorded it and you can just hear the emotion in when I read the book about my mom so I will be posting numbers over the next couple of days as I try to reach my ratio of a index of 40 or less that’s what I’m going for this week all right I just wanna say thank you I’m cited as dr. Boz I appreciate everybody tuning in and just go ahead and sign up for the website newsletter which hopefully will be coming out in the next couple of weeks one thing at a time thanks guys signing off
