arose I was thinking no it’s like I think Friday we’re shooting a video and it’s gonna be too much but we actually didn’t shoot a video today we worked on the Bobby approve shopping list and then I told art let’s just do it homie right and so Rose is like if you’re gonna set up the lights daddy I gotta be part of this right I just got to be a part so before we get started with this great Friday filling we’re gonna do mushrooms and napa cabbage then we need something to pair with that so I wanted to do an Aikido part of the recipe because des you want straight-up traditional which are not quito or paleo because we’re using wrappers but instead to balance the dinner into quito or paleo land we’re gonna make cauliflower fried rice with Chinese sausage and eggs it’s gonna be fantastic my man art just graded a whole big head of cauliflower rice here smell that Rosie right all that fiber all that yummy food so that’s what we’re gonna do fried rice with Chinese sausage and vegetarian egg rolls that’s what’s going on roe should we do it high five on three one two three all right baby down I’m gonna move you just right here so you’re out of the way we got at West Africa are you serious yeah do you hear that West Boca that’s so far away oh my god that’s so cool so let’s get started on the egg rolls we have to do the filling first it’s gonna be a vegetarian filling of mushrooms and napa cabbage so I’m gonna drizzle some avocado oil in here now keep in mind I’ve made these once right so I don’t really know what I’m doing but I’m gonna wing it if you have any tips for making this better hook a brother up right I don’t know what I’m doing you might know better here’s what i’m thinking first i want to saute the mushrooms first but i want to get some nice color on them so instead of adding them with the onions and the garlic and the napa I thought it’d be a good idea to give them a head start because mushrooms are waterlogged so one thing you’ll learn Rose has we cook more that schnibbles our prep this is boring to you oh excuse me mushrooms are primarily water vegetables in general mushrooms even more so 90% of this is water so when I cook it Rosie I want that water to leach out because as you caramelize vegetables especially mushrooms you amp the flavor from here all the way to there right and caramelized mushrooms aren’t meaty and since this is a vegetarian dish this is almost like a meaty sticky vegan version what kind of mushrooms are those Bobby so these are cremini mushrooms I always tell people to splurge the extra I don’t know 50 cents to get creamy never hold the knife like that because fingers can slip grip the knife on the hosel and wrap your fingers around you really want to hold right here and then if you’re slicing keep your fingers back splash of sriracha go for it high chairs behind me and I can’t get a good angle and I always talk about it and a lot of people sometimes get surprised when I use this this is tamari it’s basically gluten-free soy sauce and the reason why I love it is because you get rid of the wheat so it’s more keto friendly and some people don’t like soy especially on keto and I like organic or non-gmo soy but I’m not willing to trade down to coconut aminos cuz for me they don’t have that flavor that punch that’s salty amamiya flavor that tamari has so I would highly recommend not using regular soy sauce use this you can get it at Asian stores or Whole Foods it’s called Sanjay tamari it has that great flavor that I really can’t cook without when I’m making Asian stuff Jenice all yours with a
