hello and welcome to Morgan’s kitchen I should have a prop or something but [Music] welcome to Morgan’s gizzy let’s get to cooking sure ever no freaking idea okay so I am making something with this today anyone guess today I’m gonna make pumpkin so the first thing you want to do is pre-heat your oven to 350 and mine is a convection oven if you have one of those you can still set it 350 it’s not gonna bother the recipe and let’s get the dry ingredients going case you’ll need a KitchenAid mixer if you don’t have one just use a mixing bowl totally fine you’re gonna need one and a half cups of almond flour one and a half cups of almond flour 1/4 cup of erythritol this is the brand of a risotto I use I got this on Amazon one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder half a cup of pumpkin puree this is the one that I got it’s a hundred percent pumpkin I’ve got the one and a half cups of almond flour half a cup of pumpkin puree half a teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 cup of rifra tall so now I am going to add 1/4 cup of butter and then we’re gonna add a 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 large egg it says to add 25 drops of liquid stevia so I’m going to use this one that I have in the cabinet I’m going to do 25 drops now we’re going to mix it all together just gonna turn this on low at first just to kind of incorporate everything [Music] [Applause] I’m gonna start for a second and I think that’s about it for the batter should look like this pretty thick consistency make sure you use good old parchment paper let’s go ahead and make the cookies make sure your hands are clean before you do this this recipe says it’s supposed to make about 15 cookies so we’re gonna do one batch and then take whatever’s left and make another one my hands are getting dirty so expect it all to the process my love all right so there’s six cookies and now you want to smash them down okay I know this sounds weird but smash them down with your hand because remember we’re not using flour we’re using almond flour so I like my cookies pretty flat so I’m just gonna kind of put them to the mat like this all right so these are what they look like I’m going to pop these in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes and then I’ll be right back so here are the cookies mmm just sprinkle a little powder to risk we’re tall on top of them hubby loves them he says it tastes like the inside of a pumpkin pie didn’t ya these are super moist trigger I’m am i hungry okay let’s video thanks for stopping by Morgan’s kitchen see you next time [Music]
