[Music] good morning friends how are you welcome back to another full day of eating keto so anyways umm I’m starting this video a little late but I figured if you guys have seen any of these videos you guys know every morning I have my coffee with the perfect keto and yeah so I got up today around 5:00 that was the first thing I did I’m now sipping my second coffee I mean having the Starbucks cinnamon Dolce Coffee is that what it’s called yeah it’s so good I got it at Marshall’s find it it’s so good especially with that vanilla perfect keto MCT oil powder yes honey but I’m gonna go ahead and start my breakfast because I’m getting hungry what I’m going to use so this company have reached out and they wanted to similar in these a cooker so I was like okay I eat a tummy aches because you know eggs are like a staple on keto and yeah so they sent me this over and I was messing with it and they have a lot of different options which I think are pretty cool so you can do seven hard-boiled eggs you can do poached eggs or you can do an omelet you literally just like put the water and then put a lid and it’s a timer it goes off and then you’re all good okay so what I’m going to do is I’m gonna do a I’m gonna take two eggs and I’m gonna go ahead and just drop them in here and with the yolk and all that stuff just to see how that works out I’m gonna do a little experimentation and then I’m gonna have it with some sausage a little bit of shredded cheese and a tortilla wrap with an avocado spread that’s what’s gonna be for breakfast so yeah umm if you guys want to check one of these out these are gonna be really convenient but these are really convenient because if you guys are like me when I first started messing around making hard-boiled eggs they were never done all the way through and these which I like give you like a option of how you want them so yeah and there’s seven eggs so I’m like here for it but alright let’s start this be fast shall we okay so I did clean off all these little contraptions okay guys make sure you clean on that’s just nasty but I’m gonna take it the the instructions say just to go ahead and give it a spritz I’m giving it a spritz and taking some good old eggs right here and I’m gonna drop two of them in here if this comes out not right that’s my fault because I’m just making my own rules but today’s gonna be a good day um not just I mean my kids are the two little ones are actually spending the day with their grandma Reyes one with me so I’m gonna do some cleaning and we’re gonna have like kind of a different meal okay so they give you this little measuring cup and it tells you on the instructions like how to UM fill it or whatnot and then on the bottom of this there’s like this little poker thing for when you hard boil the eggs but just keep that covered because it on the chip but it says on the instructions to fill it to the hard-boiled right go ahead and draw the water on the hot plate and then you’re gonna do this and you’re gonna put the egg inside there okay that’s how we look in right now so then you’re gonna put your little top around it’s a flip switch and I kept trying to push it boom so it’s gonna cook until all the steams evaporated and then it’s gonna buzz and let you know when it’s done so yeah breakfast is fully on the way we’re gonna have that and then we’re gonna go into here and we’re gonna throw three of these in the good old microwave and then we’re gonna have these tomorrow rats this is only three nut cards so I luck out sometimes and find these sometimes I don’t but I usually don’t go past five when it comes to these raps but yeah so these are the tomorrow ones so three net cards and then I don’t know if I should do 306 I think I’m gonna do six of these sausages because very good and I like to have like a bigger breakfast so I’m not eating all day and then come into my we’re gonna have some chihuahua cheese and we’re gonna grab one of these right here just grab that out so we gonna have one of these we got the chihuahua cheese the kids didn’t wrap it to a little hard we gonna mess up to that so yeah so one of these avocado mashes we got this from classical this is one carb alright see five total carbs for fiber one that carb so oh we got three four five six carbs for breakfast honey you guys are new here your girl does lazy Aikido because she’s lazy but she also has goals so you know best of both worlds so two for the six sausage three for that for that rap is five one for these is six I don’t count my hard-boiled eggs cuz that’s ridiculous and chihuahua cheese is carb free so i’m gonna go ahead and get my stuff ready also if you guys can hear can you hear that they’re cooking so I’m excited to see how these turn out so when it goes off we will reveal it together okay that’s the noise it makes when it’s done okay well it’s that’s it that’s a noise so whoops come out are you guys ready to see how this turns out all right here we go holy oh snap okay okay now how about we go and get it out so dude that’s like awesome okay I would have probably done it for a little less time so I would have the yolk in there Benny Benny don’t do it okay let me show you guys okay so it’s it come out like just like a hard-boiled egg um I would have done it if I do it again or when I do it again because I like how easy this was um and it’s like a real small dish to use you know but and this would be really great for the kids too why they’re home Oh Benny Benny come here um yeah so Raya could even do this in stuff like thanks I hate her using the oven but what I would do is probably not fill the water up more so make my egg like inside was that cooktop like you but yeah so I cut those sausages in half and just line them along the the tortilla and I got the cheese underneath and then I’m gonna top this with some of that mush avocado but yes so like a little breakfast burrito and guys this was ready like in five minutes so I’m here for it okay so I’m gonna go ahead and show you my lunch it’s really easy because I’m really lazy right now and I’m doing a bunch of stuff but I’m using another one of those tomorrow wraps so that’s three carbs about an ounce and a half of chihuahua cheese and two ounces of Krakus polish ham the ham is zero carbs so cheesy zero carbs three carbs for this and then I’m gonna have one of these costs and ugly smears so these are less than one car per one so right for half a spear so I guess one card per spear so for carbs for lunch this is the rest of that guacamole I had from breakfast I still have so I’m gonna probably just have the rest of that yeah so yeah ham and cheese quesadilla with a pickle and a little avocado for lunch guys all right so this is what we are going to make for dinner I don’t know where the help it’s spicy beef Raymond keto low-carb so I found that on Pinterest I’m gonna link this down for you guys um I don’t know it may taste good it might taste bad but the pictures look pretty good so um these are the ingredients but I didn’t find this miracle angel hair noodles but I’m gonna show you what I did find focus okay so I went some Mariano’s because I went and I found this skinny pasta okay so I found the skinny pasta and this little tart imma show you the macros so essentially it’s zero carbs so I brought two of those and then I brought the Bragg’s Liquid aminos because you know we carb-conscious around here and slice off the shit’s on a little bit of sesame oil because that’s what it called for some green onion and then um some beef stock because Mariano’s is real expensive so I got this brand and it’s zero carbs so that’s what we gonna have I got my ground beef browning so we called for ground beef yeah so that’s what we’re doing Leo’s working late tonight so it’s really just me and Ray out and I just wanted enough to go ahead and take two what’s now cuz I took my lunch to work so I’m gonna cook everything up and we’re gonna show you everything I’ll plate it up as I haven’t kind of follow these instructions but I’ve never made this before but yeah hopefully it doesn’t taste terrible because those noodles were like $2.99 each so I mean just for that little bag of groceries I got from Mariana it’s 20 bucks so hopefully this doesn’t suck okay yes I did cook this in a wok okay so if you guys want to judge me I’m sorry come for me but this is how this is how my ghetto ass is doing it right now but anyways this actually tastes really really good so I just tried these noodles they’re pretty good they have a good crunch to him I went ahead and follow the instructions that were on this skinny pasta so yeah we use the instructions that were on the skinny pasta so all we really had to do is rinse them and then I’m just letting everything simmer inside the juices and to make it like legit okay we do have some chopped up green onion again guys I’m gonna link this whole recipe down below the flavor is actually really really good and then we’re going to top it with a little bit of crushed red pepper it’s it’s a you can use sriracha on top as well but that does add extra carbs so um this essentially should be carb free actually because this noodles are carb free they use a different noodle and the recipes so Kelly yeah and we also got our egg cooker going here cuz Raya wanted a hard-boiled egg on top of it I’ve never had like legit um ramen noodles like from a restaurant or like pho or any of that stuff but Reyes says that’s what goes in there so when I plate it up and everything I will show you but it tastes really good so far okay guys look at this honey I got it oh okay ray is gonna eat it I mean this is Riyaz Bowl I’m gonna make me another one but don’t that Passaic that’s on there it’s ruining my presentation if Aliyah was here he would I gave me enough just so you know guys half of my stuff that’s plated up legally usually place it for me because he doesn’t like when I use paper plates on camera but I took the egg out a little bit earlier just so because they were supposed to be poached so they this the yolk was supposed to be a little bit runny so I talked a little green onion a little red pepper flake and there you go all right let me get this to my baby that’s tradition on me okay that’s the traditional show me okay that’s what traditional ramen looks like and that’s ours okay wait I got this orange that’s light okay okay okay okay okay eat it okay just tell me how is he no that’s good put your hands out seriously is it really good would you recommend it to people mmm-hmm there’s a taste low-carb does the noodles taste weird would you recommend it yes I said it already okay thank you for watching ramen and the house look at that oh look at that look at this presentation honey all right we’re
